I'm back from lunch and class. Today was supposed to be a discussion of this older Japanese movie classic that we watched on Friday, but our teacher really just lectured a lot. >.>;; I had so much trouble trying to stay awake especially since I stayed up last night trying to finish the art contest pic of Yumeh. I only woke up more when we began to actually discuss the movie, which went 30 min over the end of class. XP

@Taki: I hate when crap runs over for class. Like mandatory pep rallies that they hold at the end of the day TWENTY MINUTES PRIOR to when we're supposed to be dismissed from school.

At least in this case, I think it's more like she lost track of time or something. She's not a very good speaker though. She pauses every couple of words, and it's not short pauses. They're long enough to make me forget what she was just saying. Also, she uses superfluous speech. I'm like "You can totally say that in a much shorter and easy to understand sentence..." That's probably why she ran over our class time. x.x

@Taki: A total abuse of power; you have no idea. My school is full of Nazi administrators that like their exhorting their power on any and everything, let me tell you. >_>

She doesn't sound qualified to teach if she stammers like that. o_O I would do the same thing and forget what she was talking about. . . when the time comes, you should just leave. XD;

Next time if she starts heading towards the time of going over, I'm going to pipe up and say something. I don't have any classes after, so it's not so bad though.

Speaking of annoying admins... well, I'm not sure if they're the ones who decided it, but someone high up must've done it. Anyway, for our college, we have these general education requirements for college of arts & science, which I still don't think is neccessary. It's just basic classes. So in addition to those classes, we need to take 5 writing intensive classes (3 lower level, 2 upper level). They're like these classes that have extra writing assignments. Really just extra work and another waste of time. This film class I was talking about is one of my upper division writing intensive classes. I have no idea why we have to do all this extra junk. >.>;;

@Taki: It SOUNDS like a waste of time. o_o I've never heard of anything like that in my life. Seems rather pointless and just a way to rake in money for the books or whatever. >__>

ooo, school problems again? lately, I had been seeing A LOT of university, college and school problems. Is it the school problem season again? XD

@Taki: *Grins* I just have to say it, but here, over at UGA. . . we're STILL talking about the huge Super Bowl win. Do you know the quarterback -- the one who started crying? I don't even remember his name.

I've never heard of ANY other colleges being like that, and it's no wonder your times for classes are somewhat odd to me. . . you're on GMT -10 or so, I believe, correct?

@Chai: Well, that's good. :] I'm sort of bummed the party's almost over, but we can have an after party for a little less than a month in the cafe before the Valentine's Day event rolls around. :D

@windy - Doh. x.x That's a sad subject over here. I think most people just don't mention it lol. I was watching it at home and I kept thinking "Okay maybe now?... no... Okay now?... no.." It was pretty depressing. I don't remember a crying quarterback. One of ours? Colt Brennan or the other dood (isn't that football savvy, so I forgot his name)? My other friend who loves football to death kind of figured we would lose, but it's hard to crush that little ray of hope. XD
