Long, you could try this head bow to sorta create the handkerchief around jaw look?

And for Dystopia, there's the wood stove from Cozy Cabin you might try that could work with windows.

Most of the bows (all that I tried) layer under the death shroud. Treat's headband gets that look even being under the shroud.
Keep it or lose it? because I want to play with the EIs :P

It's from a play called Inspecting Carol. In order to jazz up their production of A Christmas Carol, they added modern social commentary. So Christmas Past got turned into a "Third World Giant Baby".
