I'm going to cut to the chase, I'm trying to settle a disagreement between my friends and i about who is the strongest 'Tales Of' Protagonist. They have been saying that its Yuri Lowell from Tales of Vesperia ( mind you thats the only tales game they've ever played) and I was saying that it couldnt be him because alot of the earlier and later Protagonists overshadow him and their only reply was "'He's just so badass'". So in short I would like some UNBIASED insight as to who would be considered the Strongest 'Tales Of' Protagonist

This is a friendly dispute but i cant just sit with an answer of "'He's just so badass'" as an actual answer
