For me it depends more on the site if I am a hoarder. I hoard stuff on Gaia unless it is something Miscreant wants. If I end up with a spare item here I just send it to Pirate to add to the prize closest.

It confuses me too I keep meaning to update it because I've given away so many things that were mine and let them out and never got them back so I restarted The Lending Tree I'll fix it up and get back to you but first off I'm really honored you stopped in to say hi *hugs*

Hello Hummy, Roachi & Poet. Hope you all are doing well.

Hummy ~ I finally finished the ugly scarf I started making on vacation. Miscreant says he loves it & has claimed it as his. I know its ugly & he is just wanting to be nice. He said he wanted it because I made it & it was first one I had made. If he wears it he will be colorful. I had sort of planned on using it if it was cool the last weekend of the Renaissance Festival, but if he wants it then it is his. I have told him he needs to make one for me, but he says he doesn't know how to knit. I didn't know how to 2 months ago. I've started another scarf, but haven't gotten far with it yet. I hope to get good enough to help donate some baby toboggans to one of the local craft & variety stores I frequent. They have been doing a service project this year where they knit or crochet caps for the babies at the local hospital. The store owner has always been into helping others & I try to help with some stuff when I can. She is the one I used to give my hair to when I would cut it & she gathered it up from around the area & would send it to places that where making wigs for children with cancer. She tried to teach me to crochet the last time I was in her store, but she does it so fast my brain couldn't keep up. She had a cap crocheted up in less than 10 minutes. I've found that it is sort of peaceful & relaxing for me & helps keep my mind off of everything lately. I miss chatting with you & hopefully sometime soon I will be more into posting again.

I couldn't catch on to crocheting either, don't feel alone. my nonni said I was 'too stupid' to learn. I wonder why I have a self esteem problem...anyway I am happy you are finding peace knitting. I should send you some teal yarns to make me one =3 I know how Miscreant feels. we love you and so it is beautiful! just like you are my sweet friend *hugs* I keep praying for those good years for us all. I have faith. until we can chat again I am happy to play post tag with you. we seem to always stick with each other through thick and thin so this is no different.
