Our story takes place at a rather eerie looking academy on the cliffs of one of the most wild mountain ranges in the land - the Vail Valley. In the mist of these mountains lays a very special school. Special in the fact that non-human creatures are in attendance.
Located in Colorado, the school doesn't get many attendees that are human because the Vail Valley Academy is so off the beaten path of man. However, by accident, one young human - fresh from the picking and pruning - was invited to attend the highly esteemed private school. Upon her arrival, she is greeted with the utmost respect, but little does she know that all these creatures seek her blood.
Ah, yes! There is twist. Rumor has it that this girl hails from a faraway land and has holy blood within her - blood that might grant the woman with unbelievable powers and gifts.
Shall we see how this new student takes on a school full of wicked monsters that we believed to only exist in fairytales and stories? Yes? Well then, please come in. No? Well then, I guess it's your loss....

Character Name: Winfred "Winny" Donella Gender: Female Sexual Orientation: Bisexual Age: 17 Species: Android Height: 5'0" Weight: 180 lbs Personality: Shy beyond belief. She blushes all the time and has a very sweet, innocent voice. But, don't be fooled! She's as tough as they come! If she wanted to, she could lift up the entire school and throw it around the world! History: Winny was stolen from her parents at a young age. While under the government's watch, Winny became seriously ill. She had leukemia. As she was dying, the doctors ripped her open and decided to replace some of her body with machinery. Thanks to this, Winny is now a healthy young female! Abilities: Making her left arm turn into a gun or a blade. Weaknesses: Electricity (it can short circuit her) as can water.
Character's Name: Aki Lau Age: Looks seventeen, but acts twenty-seven. Is true age is unknown. Race: A fire mage from hell who lives to serve Brief Bio: In his past life, Aki was a priest for a great empire, but after his death, he fell into the pits of hell. Still holding a righteous streak, the demons decided to give him the job of a guardian (a servant). Explaining to the demons that a zombie would be a poor protector, the demons granted him fire powers. From that moment on, Aki was a full-fledged fire mage. As a mage, he has helped over fifty people regain their memories and life, but at a deadly cost. When those people die, they too must become a servant like he. And, for those that decide not to stay true to their oath, Aki reaps them of their soul. The more souls he holds, the stronger his flames become. Personality: Aki is known for his hotheadedness, but he makes up for his temper with his cunning, intelligent mind. He's faithful and very opinionated. Even though his words can come out harsh and irrational, within time, they will be logical and insightful. Aki has a soft spot for perfectionism and will do his best to be the best. He's sensitive and sweet, but he can seem a bit aloof to those who don't fully understand him. His ways are also a tad unorthodox and sometimes flamboyant. Appearance: He has caramel chocolate colored hair and gold eyes. He's rather short, standing only five feet and eight inches tall. Aki has a slender build, so he's fast on his toes. His voice has an annoying pitch to it.

Story: She doesn't know why she was transfered to this school in Colorado, her parents refused to say. In fact, Bea kind of suspects they don't even know either and that it's probably entirely her grandmother's idea. The old lady rules her family with an iron fist, almost literally she wears so many jewels! The blonde remembers something being mentioned about 'particular schooling' and an 'awakening of talents' but she just thinks that's all hogwash.
In fact she's kind of terrified of this posh private school in a country different from her own.
Personality: She's rather shy and introverted. Beatrice is used to being overshadowed by others and tends to avoid anything that might put her into the spotlight. More often then not you can find her behind the scenes or at a chess club meeting, or in the library reading a book. She would rather spend time on her own in her room then go ot at some party or join in some group activity.

The morning's air was probably cool on the skin of those that slept in the upper dorms. Not bothered by the cold nor the fact that her breath could be seen in the air, the busty blonde bounded out of her bed. Half-tripping over her boots, she landed rather ungracefully on a mess of shirts, shoes, and socks. "Oi vey~" she hummed before scooting across the floor, mess in tow.
Because this woman did not require proficient amount of oxygen to breath, she found the upper dorms most suitable for her lifestyle. Although, from time to time, the coldness bit at her joints, causing them to turn just a little slower, but it was nothing WD-40 couldn't fix.
Born a human, Winny was kept alive by losing her humanity. Forced to endure the pains of surgery, her entire body was reformed and reshaped to fit her new lifestyle. Though it wasn't fancy or dainty, it was nice to be more solid than a rock. Besides, her Hulk-like abilities were a nice change of scenery.
Whisking her silver-blonde hair from her large sapphire orbs, Winny peeked the door open to spy the hallway. Alone. Thank goodness, she thought with a grin.
After the shower was over, the towel-covered woman retreated back to her room. Usually accustomed with meeting one of the more perverted men in the hallway, Winny was quite surprised at the lack of men. Had they grown bored with her? Probably.
A sigh pursued her lips. For a moment, she was sad, but the sound of new footsteps and intimidation caught her attention. Smile coming to her face, the now nude android poked her face out the window, spying a frail little girl climbing the steps to the main hall where the academic classes were.
With the snap of her hands, a skin-tight suit danced over her body, covering every inch of her that she so desired to be hidden. Tugging her hair back into pigtails, Winny forced herself from the window.
Within a matter of seconds, she was behind the woman, seizing her up. "Hello~" her electronic voice rang out. "Are you lost, miss?" Inviting blue eyes looked into those of the human girl that stood before her.
With a nervous sigh the young woman moved forward after the car left her at the gates of the imposing building. She was rather reluctant to walk inside. For some reason Beatrice had a very bad feeling about this place. Yet her overbearing grandmother had insisted upon this change of scenery.
That was how she found herself standing upon the stone steps. Whirling around with surprise in her eyes, Beatrice felt a blush bloom across her cheeks. This was so embarrassing! "N-no. Actually this is ... My new school." Uncertain rang from every word as Beatrice wrung her hands nervously.
If only she knew someone here! But alas, that seemed like a very unlikely development. Now that she thought about it, she was in fact just a little lost. "Well I don't know where I'm supposed to go now..." amended the young woman a little lamely with a harsh tug on her overly large clothing.
It was a little colder here then she'd expected. Maybe bringing more pants might have been a good idea. For now Beatrice was forced to shiver slightly. Knee high socks and a knee length skirt didn't offer all that much warmth. O well, worst came to worst she'd send word to her parents to have the things sent here. Knowing her grandmother she would have anticipated this.
Grin on face and hope in her eyes, Winny snatched Beatrice's hands into her own. "Are you my new roommate? I've been told I'm getting a roommate. They're moving me to another wing and… well, it's a double! And there haven't been any new people lately… and… you're really pretty." Batting her eyes and blushing, Winny gave the newcomer a sheepish grin. "I'm Winny. I'll show you about!"
Just as she whirled around, the android crashed and toppled over another one of the students at the school - Aki.
"Aki-kun," a blush reappeared on her face, "H-h-h-h-hi." Stammering, she moved off the flattened male and nearly broke into tears, fearing she crushed him.
A grunt followed as did a pair of angry eyes. "Damn woman! Watch where you're going. You almost killed me, you walking pile of scrap metal."
There, in his eyes, dancing a thousand flames, each one dying to jump out and swallow the android whole. "Tch," he turned his head away and crossed his arms over his chest, "the headmaster wants to speak with this one." Eyes flicking toward Beatrice, he sized her up. "He needs to determine your course load," he added on.
"Oh yay! You are here to stay!" Winny said pouncing about. "Let's go see the headmaster! He's simply the best!"
Without even waiting for Beatrice to agree, Winny was tossing the woman onto her back and running up at least a hundred stairs. Once at the top, she shoved open the large doors and ran down the halls. "He's really nice. I know you'll love him," she said before picking the woman off her back. Gently, she set her down before a large gate inside the building. "I can't follow you. You'll have to venture in there on your own. But I'll be waiting for you out here. So… see you in a few!"
It was a whirling of words just flying trough the air. Beatrice wasn't quite sure what to say, so she chose to say nothing. A blush crept up her cheeks, making the blond want to hide in a corner even more. These people were so strange! And what did the boy mean, calling Winny a piece of scrap metal?
Things were getting stranger by the second. Her grandmother had said this was a different kind of school, but she hadn't said anything about the students being crazy. The point only seemed to be proven as Beatrice felt herself being hoisted up by Winny.
She clung to the other girl for dear life while shutting her eyes tight. "Is it over?" asked Beatrice hopefully after being placed on the ground once more. That just wasn't normal! A girl smaller then her being able to lift her up like that ...
Glancing from Winny to the gate and back, Beatrice sighed. There was really no other option. Bracing herself, the young woman pushed the gate open gently and began walking down the hall. Her eyes went here and there along the way, taking note of the weird things decorating the walls before she finally stopped at a large, heavy, wooden door. Lifting a hand, she knocked timidly.
