Kiba smiled a little bit. "Afraid of showing people that you like guys?" He questioned, and then started to shower the Aburame's neck with soft and tender kisses.

The Inuzuka ran his hand down the Aburame's arm, pulling his lips away from Shino's neck, though he kept his lips close by there and breathed on it lightly.

Shino never thought his neck could be so sensitive, but as Kiba pressed kisses to it, he felt his skin heat up and that heat rushed down to his groin rather swiftly.

He somehow managed to gather enough brain cells to push Kiba away and keep his maddening breath from ghosting over the sensitive flesh of his neck. "Kiba, not here. We could very easily be seen and you know that. It wouldn't surprise me if we've been seen already." He gave the other teen a stern look.

Kiba sighed and nodded. "Fine. Then, where do you propose we get some private time to ourselves? Where we can't be seen or heard?" The brunette questioned, leaning back on the branch, watching the other one.

He loved watching Shino. The other was really interesting to him. A small smile crept up on his face as he looked up at the sky, thinking about a spot where no one would hear or see them.

"Follow me." Shino hopped down from the tree, placing his glasses back over his eyes as he landed.

He could sense no one around, thankfully, and he started walking towards the spot he had thought of, a hidden grove that almost no one knew about.

The reason Shino knew of the place was because of a rare species of firefly, found only in that one place. The fireflies were beautiful at night, shining blue instead of the usual yellow. No one ever went there, since almost no one outside the Aburame clan even knew of the secret area. Shino was sure no one would go there today, so he led Kiba there.

Kiba followed the Aburame to the spot. He looked around when they go there and smiled a little. "Wow, its so beautiful," He told him, taking Shino's hand into his own. The Inuzuka boy looked at Shino and smiled a little more.

He leaned up a bit and kissed Shino's cheek softly. Then he moved his lips to the Aburame's neck and started to shower it with kisses once again.

Shino's cheeks burned red and he hesitantly slipped off his glasses, tilting his head to the side to give Kiba more access to his neck.

The Aburame continued leading Kiba around until they reached an old wooden bench. Shino sat down, dragging the brunette with him.

Kiba sat on Shino's lap as he continued to shower Shino's neck with kisses. The Inuzuka boy started to undo the Aburame's coat, wanting to run his fingers along his lover's chest.

"Shino..." The boy muttered against Shino's neck. "I love you." Those three words that meant the world to someone. Kiba hoped Shino would say them back, but if he didn't, Kiba would understand why.

Shino gasped near silently, his eyes widening. Kiba... did he mean that?

Pressing a gentle hand to Kiba's cheek, Shino looked directly into honest eyes. In them, there was no joke, no hidden meaning, no deceit. Just truth.

"Kiba..." Shino swallowed down the lump in his throat, closing his eyes with a sigh. "...I can't answer that yet." It was too soon, too fast, too... unbelievable. Shino had always known he was attracted to Kiba far more than he should be, but love? If his father found out... he'd be disowned, to say the least. As the future head of the clan, certain things were expected of him. One of those things was to continue the family line; get married, have children.

He couldn't choose between his family and Kiba. He knew they couldn't stay forever. Kiba had the same expectations on him as well. For now, he would take what he could get, but those words... They were too much right now.

Kiba nibbled on his bottom lip and nodded a bit. "I understand," He whispered to him. He wasn't going to let that answer ruin the time that they were sharing together right now though.

The Inuzuka wrapped his arms around Shino's neck and he passionately kissed the taller male. A soft moan escaped his mouth and into the other's as he pressed closer. His hips slightly bumped against Shino's hips. The brunette needed some friction between the two of them. That was the only way to start it.

A breathy gasp was drawn from Shino, his hands resting on Kiba's waist as he tried to get some semblance of dominance. Kiba couldn't have all the control.

The Aburame slowly ground his hips against Kiba's, his strong hands keeping the brunette from controlling the movements. He could just tell from Kiba's personality that slow, teasing movements would drive him insane.

Kiba groaned a little, pressing closer, not wanting Shino to have all the control. The brunette pushed his tongue deep into the other's mouth, exploring every inch of it.

He pressed his hips closer to Shino's, wanting more of the friction that the two seemed to enjoy giving to each other. Though he knew that sooner or later one of them would kind of have to choose dominance over the other.

The Aburame shuddered as Kiba's tongue invaded his mouth, the brunette's actions drawing a low moan from the male.

Their hips thrust together experimentally, causing gasps and moans. Both knew that one would have to exert dominance eventually. Shino decided to just wait for Kiba to make the first move, knowing the man would.

Kiba moved his hands down and started to take off the Aburame's coat. The male pressed his body against the other's, wanting a lot more friction between the two of them.

When he finished undoing Shino's coat, he took it off the other and dropped it on the ground. His hands then moved up and under the other's shirt and moved around, feeling all the scars that were on Shino's body from where his bugs would exit out of.

The kikaiichu buzzed frantically under his skin, feeding off of his lust-powered chakra boost. His body wasn't used to such stimulation, but the insects that made his body their home were loving it almost as much as he was.

Shino's hands moved to divest Kiba of his own jacket, removing the fur hood and unzipping the damn thing. In his personal opinion, Kiba looked much better without it. Yes, in nothing but the black net top he wore underneath, he was even more beautiful.

Kiba kept running his hands around the Aburame's torso, deepening the kiss that they shared a little bit. A soft moan escaped his mouth into the others as he pressed closer.

God, Kiba never felt like this before about anyone. He pulled his lips back and removed Shino's shirt, his lips immediately going back to Shino's when the shirt was removed. His fingers ran over the Aburame's nipples slowly, wanting to see the reaction that he got from the other.

The kisses were nearly mind-blowing, Shino's body suddenly running on instinct. It was certainly a new experience; he was used to doing things because it logically made sense, but this was like walking in the dark with only his bugs to guide him. Terrifying but thrilling, making him feel powerful and vulnerable all at once.

His body gave a sharp jerk as Kiba's fingers ran over the twin stubs. He reflexively bit Kiba's bottom lip as they hardened under the brunette's gentle touch.

Kiba kept running his fingers against the Aburame's twin stubs. He pressed his body closer, smirking against the other's lips a little. Oh man, Kiba couldn't wait to get Shino on his hands and knees, begging for the other.

The other pictured the thought in his head, his groin getting harder as it played in his mind. After a bit Kiba pulled his lips back and looked at the other.

"Shino...I wanna take you," He whispered, starting to undo the other's pants.

Shino's eyes widened at that, his emotions swirling around in his head, a confused jumble that was hard to make sense of.

On one hand, he was excited and happy that Kiba wanted him, but... this was going way too fast. Insecurities whirled about in his mind, whispers of all the things he secretly thought to himself. What if Kiba didn't like him, or was just confused? What if he wasn't any good? And worse... What if his father found out?

It was these kinds of thoughts that convinced him to push Kiba's hands away. "Kiba... We can't..."

Kiba blinked. "Why do you keep doing that? Why do keep questioning what I say to you?" He asked, frustrated at him. God, he cared about Shino, and wanted to be with him forever.

Of course, he knew that would never happen, especially with the way their families want them to be. Kiba wanted a family, but that didn't mean that he and Shino couldn't be together. The brunette sighed and he got off of Shino's lap.

"You know what...fine. If that's the way you want it, then consider this over." The brunette then got his jacket back on and he left.

When he was a ways away from where he and Shino were just at, he threw his fist against a tree, almost taking the whole tree down.

Shino felt his hands clench into fists, felt his nails penetrate the skin of his palms, and found that he didn't care. He put his coat back on, slipping on his glasses as well, simultaniously putting up all of his barriers against the world.

It figured that he would be the one to mess it up. He really didn't belong with anyone... It would be better for Kiba to go find a nice girl to be with, anyway... Even if the very thought made his stomach churn with jealousy.

He lo-- cared for Kiba... Shino told himself that that was why he was doing this to them. It was because he cared about Kiba and wanted him to be happy that he was closing himself off. If he chased Kiba away, then Kiba could go be happy and accepted with someone else. It would be better for everyone...

That's what his mind told him, anyway. His heart was screaming a different story altogether, but he had learned to ignore it long ago. So, Shino just went home, his posture more slumped than usual, his hands perpetually in his pockets.

Kiba had gone home and he went into his room, ignoring his mother, sister, and the dogs. The brunette slammed his bedroom door closed and then he clenched his fist hard. His knuckles turned white as he stood there, not loosening his tight grip.

"What the hell is his problem? He was enjoying what I was doing...and then he tells me we can't?!" He yelled randomly. The brunette kicked over his bed and screamed. He fell to his knees and just stayed there, not moving.

Akamaru walked in through the small doggy door that Kiba had on his door. The dog cautiously walked over to his friend and nudged his hand a little bit, causing Kiba to jump and look down at his faithful companion.

A small smile appeared on Kiba's face and he picked Akamaru up and held him to him. "You're the only one I can really trust, Akamaru," He whispered and nuzzled the dog.

Shino arrived at the Aburame complex, walking to his room without ever raising his face from the ground.

His mother looked at him worriedly as he passed, and he was sure she could sense that something was wrong. She always could, but she would wait until he was ready to talk about it. Shino was glad for that, not everyone had a mother as thoughtful and understanding as her.

The teen retreated to his room and laid down on his bed for quite a while, just staring at the ceiling.

Kiba probably hated him now... or at least was pissed off and wouldn't speak to him for a long while. He'd know tomorrow during training, he supposed. If he walked up to Kiba and Akamaru growled at him, then yes, Kiba was pissed. Then they'd spar, Kiba would try harder than ever to beat the crap out of him, would fail, and would keep trying to start fights the whole time while Hinata tried to calm him down and get him to stop in vain. That's what Kiba did when he was pissed at Shino, which had happened often in the past.

Kiba fixed his room back to the way it was and he changed into his pajamas, which just consisted of a pair of shorts. He climbed under the covers. Akamaru had curled up at the head of the bed, snuggling against Kiba's head. Kiba fell into a deep sleep, thinking of stuff.

***Next Morning***

Kiba awoke with a start the next morning at the sound of his sister pounding on the door. The male sighed and got up, going to the door. He opened it up. "What the hell do you want this early in the morning?!" He snapped at his older sister.

She glared at him and grabbed his ear. "How many times do I have to tell you not to yell at me? And what do you mean early? It's almost noon, idiot! You're late for school." She let his ear go and went downstairs.

Kiba cursed loudly and he shut the door, changing into his clothes. When he was dressed, he grabbed Akamaru and then ran out of his room. He ran downstairs, grabbed a piece of toast, and then left the house. The brunette ran through the Inuzuka complex and towards the school as he put Akamaru in his jacket. Man, Kurenai was going to kill him. He just knew it.

Shino had barely slept the night before, but that didn't stop him from getting up insanely early, as usual.

He made it to the team meeting place five minutes early like he did every day. He frowned as Kurenai and Hinata showed up, but no Kiba. He figured the teen must have been running late.

His suspicions were proven as Kiba ran towards them, his hair more mussed than usual and his clothes looking like he'd thrown them on as he walked out the door. He really must have overslept, then.

Now that he thought about it, Shino knew Kiba too well. It was a little unnerving, even for him... Further proof that what had happened yesterday wasn't some phase he was going through or something like that... No, it was very real, and he would deny it to the end.

As Kiba ran up, the look on Kurenai's look became more and more apparant. When he got up to her, he bowed and apologized. "I'm so sorry, Kurenai-sensei. I was up all night sparring," He said, hoping that Kurenai wouldn't see through the lie.

Kurenai crossed her arms. "Don't tell me your petty lies, Kiba. I want five laps around the entire school. You aren't sparring with us today," She told him. "Plus, if you don't actually run...I'm taking your lunch from you." She then turned towards Shino and Hinata. "Alright you two...time to work."

The brunette sighed and he pulled Akamaru out of his jacket and set him down. "He's not running with me. He's too tired," He told them. Then the brunette took off and started to run around the whole school. That was such a long run for each lap. It gave him time to think about the day before though. About Shino, the hot springs, the kiss...pressing against the other.

Kiba stopped and he put a hand against the wall, keeping himself up. "Damn...why can't I stop thinking about him?" He muttered as he stood there.
