D'awh. I hate that. I have so much stuff I have to carry around when I'm at college that I've developed a nervous twitch trying to keep track of it all. I miss lockers. XP

I liked living on campus - I could just run over and get something if I forgot it.

I texted someone who is there and hopefully he'll put it aside for me... I promised to be nice to him for a week, so hopefully that will do.

The thing is that I don't have my name on it or anything.

I could run over and get it but I'd be in the way cause they'll be closing up and stuff.

I still live at home and have to drive into school. It's a pain and I'll only last as long as it takes to get the funds to feel comfortable moving out on my own. I hate having to run back to my car to get something I forgot, so mostly I just lug it about.

I'm always afraid that I'll lose my keys and things. I swear. I always knew getting older sucked, but I'm still surprised how quickly one amasses things that it would be horrendous to lose. If I ever misplaced my wallet...>.> I think I'd die.

My one friend pretty much lives out of her car. She commutes from about 45 minutes away. She keeps a sleeping bag, a bunch of food, a set of clothes and other bathroom necessities. Can't blame her though cause sometimes she would be on campus for 12 hours.

Been there done that. I live half an hour from campus. I've come close to having to go rent a hotel room for a night when the winter storms hit. My father told me that he'd have no part in cosigning for any loans to live in the dorms, etc. So I'm on my own with the moving out bit.

Ah, I don't know if my mom cosigned with my loans. I think I had built enough credit to not do that or something.

Haha. I just saw the sleeping bag bit of your last post. *raises hand* I do that. *shakes head* Commuting stinks. Gives you some good stories, though, lol.

I commute...It's about a 20 minute drive...however...it can be 15 sometimes... XD

I can't live on campus because I opted for the adult degree program... since when I applied I was turning 21 in a fews, I was able to choose if I wanted the women's residency program or the adult degree program...I obviously went with the adult degree program...so...commuting it is! But at least I do have the choice to take online classes which the women's residency people do NOT have that option!

I know how that goes. My drive started out as a 30 minute drive and it's now cut down to twenty or twenty-five...*whistles* Let's just say I figured out where it is and where it isn't okay to speed. ^_~

When I commuted to my community college...it took at the minimal 30 minutes...then I start taking the interstate (but if you do that you do have to backtrack a little). If you sped on the interstate...you could make it in 25...one time I did make it in 20 and I think I only ever managed to do that twice in the three years I was there. XD

Haha, yeah. I'm considering trying the interstate, but I'm going to end up back tracking too, I believe. Even if its just ten extra minutes of sleep, though...it'd be worth it. Rather, ten extra minutes to put myself together in the morning so that I don't look like the Bride of Chucky so often...

That works too...but I like my snooze button...so that's probably what I would have opted for. XD

wakie time is lame...sleep is better! Unfortunately...you have to be awake to go to classes. -_-

I'm sure they are trying to figure a way out of that. Little by little.

*sigh* The internet in my room is out again! And the tv...so now there is only one computer and one tv with internet and cable... -_- And it is an uber slow computer and it HAS to be shared! Which means I can't do this major final project which I was going to start tonight. -_-
