I would assume his head is counted into the body measurement.
But now I'm questioning it. :XD

If you don't feel it's enough you could always work on it a bit more until you're more satisfied with it.
Make sure it meets all the requirements, is Yan-shaped, etc...

I made my from mass of salt and I put him to oven in warm temperature ( i hope that he likes it). My little cousin (4 years old) made a friend for him, she named him Mimo. Yan will never be alone <3
