A lot of it is getting things balanced. Certain foods work differently with others in combination.

And a lot of what they tell you about nutrition is actually incorrect, and makes symptoms worse.

It's a sticky wicket, but you can figure it out if you try.

oh i have a good supliment for that. COFFEE. get it blended, its like an icey, and they put in JSUT enough sugar to help kill the sweets craving. once brenda started taking me out for coffee i ate less and less candies because i was getting the sugar my body required without it being a whole lot cause its like a small teaspoon of syrup they add into the sugar free to make it taste like french vanila or butterscotch and stuff.

Starstar... I am fine with coffee... but... it will stain my already pearly teeth. Yes, I am that shallow in terms of liking white teeth. XD Still, I AM surprise bitter coffee have sugar in it?

Yeah, coffee also suppresses the appetite a little on its own, which helps cut out the excess eating...

And smaller meals more frequently than 3 times a day is more ideal, too. Little bits at a time, to prevent spiking, and keep it all even.

I eat a lot of sugar, because it's one of the only things I can digest usually.

*has all sorts of troubles there, due to stress and medication*

Keeps me going, but I know it's bad for me.

I actually prefer things not so sweet.

I really like spicy stuff, like Creole food, and Italian food and Indian food are nice, but I run on pure carbs.

It sucks, but whatever

I don't sugar my coffee, though. It's one thing I like without anything added. I like my coffee the way I like my women, hot, black, and bitter as all hell. <-- that's a joke, not an actual preference, all women are equally beautiful to me.

I've been trying to eat better, more fresh fruits & vegetables lately.
Lots of blueberries...we are still in the middle of blueberry picking season here.

After my twenty years old... I had been eating much more vegetables compare to my teen carnivorous years.
Nowadays, I try to ahve more vege than meat.

Yeah, natural forms of everything are better than processed junk.

Fruit is way better than candy. Well, health-wise, lol.
