Intro

Disclaimer: This is really my first fanfiction so please bear with me.

Sailor Moon is an anime based on the idea that each planet has a female warrior in a sailor uniform (mini skirt style) to protect that planet, be it's princess, and to serve the princess of Earth's moon. Earth doesn't have a sailor scout, but Prince Darien. My goal here is to change things up a bit. I am going to be writing stories where Earth indeed had sailor scouts before the Moon kingdom was destroyed. For those of you who have seen the anime show or read the manga, you will remember that the Earth had not been a peaceful place right before the Moon kingdom was destroyed. These stories will be set before and during those times. In addition to this, I am going to create sailor scouts for the other planets and their moons. Each scout will have a respective guardian (male). Eventually an explanation of what happened to the moon's guardian will occur and also why Darien betrayed the one he was destined to guard in favor of the moon princess.

The next few threads will be bios, one for each planet and it's moon(s). As with all good pieces of writing, this will take time. Then I will start writing from one perspective and slowly twist the story so that you get a look into the lives of each of the princesses. One spoiler for you, the talisman's come from the sun ;)

Sun

A long time ago, there was a Sailor Sun who watched over this galaxy alone. However, she tired fighting the lonely battles and gave her power away to the royal families of the other planets. What has happened to her or her descendants since has remained a mystery.

Princess Trista walked down the corridor, her footsteps echoing on the marble walls. Her elegant dress, the latest style in the galaxy, swept the floor in soft contrast. She saw a form step out from one of the side pillars, his green suit matching her own dark green hair.

"Princess, the deed is done." said Charon, her kingdom's resident assassin.

She replied, "Thank you Charon. I take it you are on your way out of a briefing with my husband?" At his silent nod, she dismissed him with a slight motion of her fingers. Going into her husband's office, she looked at him as he sat bent over his desk. He straightened as he saw her, the gloom of the room lifting as his eyes fell on hers. She sat on the edge of his desk and leaned over, tenderly leaving a kiss on his nose.

He returned it gently on her lips. "My love, there is no turning back now. We must pack and head to the Moon Kingdom."

Princess Trista sighed, "As you wish Tristan. Let us hope that this trip is a less bloody affair."

He grinned, "You just don't like large parties Trista. Before you even try to protest that Pluto needs you here, I have already asked Hydra to watch things here. Eris will warn Hydra if danger looms in our absence. Eris is a capable ally and Hydra a wonderful warrior." He reached a one finger to her jaw.

Her long hair draping over her shoulders and curtaining around them, she surrendered to his decision. Both the political one and the passionate one. Who was she to argue with a strategist and negotiator of his skill level?

Michael laughingly ushered his two guests into the diningroom. At his wife's request, he had asked Princess Trista and her husband to dinner. They had surprisingly accepted which led to his suspicions that there was more going on than met the eye. Who was he to argue though. Michelle was a quiet woman, but very steadfast once she made up her mind. Seeing her waiting by the table, he hastened Trista and Tristan to her side.

The princesses bowed regally in a swoop while the men bent over gallantly to each other. Taking Michelle's elbow, he gently led her to her chair and seated her. Tristan did likewise for his wife. Then the men took their seats and started a general conversation on the evil aura they had neutralized before it could fully form into a wormhole. The ladies talked about fashion for a few minutes until the men were fully engaged in their own conversation, then turned to each other and leaned in. Michelle asked, "Did you get Princess Serenity's invitation?"

Trista nodded in response, "Yes. Her mother is in favor of the ball as well. We have about a year to prepare. I'm in charge of the Moon princess' gown creation. I take it you will be handling the symphony music?"

Michelle suggested, "That and maybe more. I'm suppose to recruit Uranus for perimeter control and Mars for celestial scouting. Something wrong is infecting the galaxy. The most obvious place that turmoil is showing is of course on Earth. The people there are becoming unhappy despite having many princesses to help them."

Trista grimaced, "Something evil and strong is trying to enter here. It only makes sense that whatever or whoever it is would try to prepare the meat for cooking, so to speak. Another galaxy recently contacted us saying that this evil has a name. The Negaverse. They can't come themselves, but they are going to try to send someone in their stead."

Neither princess noticed their husbands concerned looks their way nor the way their eyes narrowed. Danger was coming and no one wanted their loved ones in harm's way.

Princess Amara looked over Princess Hotaru's shoulder. The map was an accurate one of the Milky Way. They had been debating earlier about a war that happened quite a few years ago. According the Hotaru's history books, the war had been won with a single decisive battle. However Amara pointed out that the strategies implied could not have succeeded. So now they were reconstructing the movements of everyone involved trying to figure out how evil had lost that day. Amara said, "But what about those knights there? How did they get from point A to point B? They couldn't have just walked." Hotaru frowned at her older friend, "You are being too realistic. They were able to. It isn't how that is important." Amara rolled her eyes, "Then what is the point of drawing this out..." A hand clamped over her mouth as her husband, Aaron, stopped them before their exchange of words worsened. Hotaru smirked at Amara until an arm wrapped around her waist. Turning and looking up at her fiance, Henry, she asked, "Are we packed?" He winked in reply.
