I'm making myself sad for real, so I'm switching to saying that when I hear that Bruno Mars "I think I shall marry thee" song, I think of a show did that a comedy bit where a guy proposed and the girl said no. The comedy part was the huge fanfare that followed, making it obvious he was certain she would say yes. One of the things that happened was a guy coming out on a path of scattered rose petals singing that song. 'Twas hysterical to watch.
