Oh yeah - I HAVE to participate in that stuff. The art teacher decided she wasn't going to the cyber bully meeting yesterday. She claims that she never got any message about it being mandatory for all teachers. When I pulled out the memo that was handed out to us at a faculty meeting that she was at she said, "Well I never got that!" and I said, "yes you did! We were at the same table, I handed one to you!" and she goes, "Well if they didn't email me to remind me, why would I know that i would have to go?"

D: That upset me a bit because I had to go in on my day off to attend a meeting that lasted 40 minutes (the drive to the school took longer!) plus they promised us pizza and salad. but apparently at the end of the school day, they made an announcement to email the lady in charge to confirm you were going so she could order pizza for you and if you didn't, you wouldn't get any. But I wasn't there that day since it's supposed to be my day off. So I never heard that message so I didn't even get to eat dinner because that was my dinner for the day D:

They make me SO mad D:

Anyway - the art teacher got called to the principals office to talk about why she wasn't there the other day D:

Oh the place is full of drama. There are TWO more teachers quitting before the end of the year (we've had two go already!). But one is going right after spring break and the other is going shortly after that!

At this school? Definitely not. They can't afford to because they don't have enough students. They are LOSING students from this year to next year so there is NO WAY!

They just talked to the two assistant teachers in kindergarten and first grade as well as the after care guy and told them they wouldn't even get benefits next year. I had my meeting right after that and they stormed out looking PISSED.

But I'm going to look for a job at a different school. I said I was coming back next year and if I dont' get hired elsewhere, I will. But if I do get another offer, you bet I'll take it!

I hope if you get another school that you get along with the teachers :)

I hope so too! I actually get along with most of the teachers here - it's just hte admins that suck XD

Oh yes, one commanding officer says he doesn't need to go to this one program while doing this trainning the other says they need to this training and nobody can agree and it's all his fault.

Don't they realize that even though they're at at gradeschool, THEY aren't the grade schoolers and should act like one!?

Seriously, they really are! There are 3 people in my math class that I just want to slap across the head. They are so trashy, immature and annoying!
