Slowly the ancient lycan came to a stop. He had fully turned back to his human form before he completely stop. He just walked into the cool water. He had ignored the female's pathetic alpha bark. He never listened to even his own alpha back in the day. He had killed him without a second thought. He ran his claws along the water as he knelt down. He was feet completely submerged in the creek. The lycan cupped his hands, splashing his face. The water slowly turned red as he cleaned himself of the blood. He removed his hood as he looked up at the night sky. He couldn't believe he was free, he half to expect to wake up once more in the cavern.

Completely free of blood. Adaza made his way out of the water. He could smell the female's scent more clearly as the blood washed off. He sniffed the air once more. He could smell a cabin off in the distance. Must be close to a village. Humans had always grouped together. Made it easier to kill them as they cowered in fear. "Hurry up." He hissed over his shoulder. She may be a female but he wouldn't let her dally about wasting time. He had things to do, all of them were more important than waiting on her.

A growl rumbled from Vera's throat. She wasn't used to being bossed around. The female lycan disappeared under water for a few seconds and once she resurfaced, all the blood had been washed from her body. Her skin felt much more fresh, rejuvenated even. Her green eyes found Adaza once more and even though she was very vulnerable, she emerged from the water. For her bloodline had made her proud, no matter the situation. What remained of her white gown was now plastered to her body, revealing every curve on her body. Yes, her skin prickled at the thought of being so exposed, but a quick bath was worth it.

"You don't take the time to enjoy much that doesn't involve killing, do you?" Vera's voice was like silk. Her new found energy had given her more bravery. The water did more than just cleanse her body, "Where to now, Ada...Master Adaza?" Her green eyes wandered from the ripples in the creek to the ancient lycan.

The lycan's eyes narrowed. The female growled at him, he would have to correct that. Once she came from the water the lycan grabbed her by the throat. Slightly squeezing, he growled warningly to her. "Growl at me again slave. I will cut piece after piece from you and force you to eat every ounce." His words venomous as he spoke to his slave. He meant every word. He would make sure to use his rusty, dull dagger for every cut. It wouldn't be the first time he made a slave eat himself slowly to death. Adaza than just smiled playfully to her. He liked her feisty side, he would enjoy breaking her.

The lycan's red eyes traveled slowly up her body once more. He smirk before leaning close to her ear. His hot breath softly in her ear. "Do enjoy the warmth of a woman from time to time." He whispered. Playfully nipping at her ear as he spoke. He lightly chuckled before pushing her away. Letting go of her throat as he did. "Now be a good slave and I will let you have some fun later." He smiled darkly to her.

The alpha yelped when her master's claws closed around her throat. After the initial shock of it, she wanted to growl at him again, but she quickly swallowed it, wincing from the pain of being choked. She flushed when she felt his hot breath upon her skin and him biting at her ear. Upon him releasing her she couldn't stop the come back in time, "Why would you want to waste my flesh and blood by force feeding it to me? Wouldn't you rather enjoy the taste of me?" Her voice was slightly rough at first from being choked, but it turned silky once more as she glared at her master.

(Sorry so short.)

An eerie smirk came to the lycan's face as he listened to her words. He leaned close to her face, chuckling darking. "It's far more amusing to watch someone choke on their own flesh as they bleed to death." His tone was playfully at his own words. The ancient lycan grabbed her chin and forced her to look him in the eyes. He would just have to show her. "Especially little alphas like you." Adaza just pushed her face away roughly. He turned towards the direction of the cabin. He began walking to the cabin, following the creek. If she was smart, she would follow without so much as a word.

(Thats okay, mine is too. Next one will be longer though.)

Vera's green eyes widened when the ancent lycan forcefully grabbed her once her. She knew she had to learn her place with him, but how could she? It was not in her blood to be a slave or to be commanded over. Swallowing another growl, the girl simply nodded after her master had roughly pushed her away. Damn him. Her face had twisted into one of an angry snarl, but no sound escaped her lips. She female lycan inhaled deeply once more, calming herself. "I'm sorry, Master." She managed to make her voice soft and small, like someone in servitude.

As her Master walked away towards the direction of what she could guess was a hunter's cabin, Vera shifted forms. The large black and white wolf followed the ancient lycan, her paws treading silently over the fallen leaves. What had made this monster this way? Though she hated the lycan in front of her, he was the reason she was able to get away from those other lycans that had chased once captured her. Was this going to be any better though? She was now a slave, but at least she wasn't in a cage.. Instead her Master was taking her on to slaughter some fools living too far out in wild territory. She could use a good meal, but she usually didn't feast upon human flesh.

The ancient lycan just walked into the cabin. He dared anyone to challenge him, he loved when someone did. It never ended well for them. A small group of human men looked at him. Adaza just took a chair and twirled it around before sitting on it informally. The lycan folded his arms over the top of the back. One of his hands rested on the table. His claws tapping on the surface as they looked at him. "Tell me human, what village does the oldest of bloodline vampire live?" He asked the one sitting across from him. "You stupid son of a..." The man started. The lycan just laughed at the hunter. A loud thump echoed into the cabin. The man screamed from pain as rusted dagger pinned his hand into the wooden surface. The other two hunters went for their weapons only to be quickly stopped, within seconds they were dead.

The ancient lycan just smirked and sat back on the chair. The human hunter trying to remove the dagger from his hand but to no avail. "Let us try it again, shall we. Answer my question or die slowly." The hunter pointed to a book on the shelf near the fireplace with his free hand. The lycan looked at the human. He snapped his fingers for the female to retrieve the book for him. He dared her to say something for snapping his fingers at her. He was rather enjoying irritating her.

The white and black wolf halted at the door and shifted forms as she watched Adaza kill the two hunters and question the one. She leaned her body lazily against the door frame until the ancient lycan ordered her to fetch a book. Really? Her canines twisted into a snarl, but she did as ordered, carelessly stepping over the bodies of the other dead hunters that were bleeding out on the floor. Vera browsed the bookshelf until coming across the book that seemed like it would be the most useful. It was more like a log kept by the human hunters with dates and sitings of supernatural beings. "Your book, sir." Vera had walked back over to her master, her bare feet leaving bloody footprints from stepping over the dead bodies and was now holding the book out for Adaza.

The female lycan decided before they left she was definitely going to try to find some decent clothing here. Her current attire was barely staying on and it barely covered her, however she didn't know if her master would allow her to cover her body. She growled rather ferociously at the hunter who Adaza was questioning when she noticed he had glanced her up and down. How rude for such a puny creature to gaze at her.

Adaza just chuckled at the female's reaction. It was amusing watching the alpha puppy pout during her enslavement. It would only get worse. The lycan just flipped through the book after his slave handed him it. It was indeed an archive of mythical beings spotted and random information. He stop once he saw a name. A dark growl came from his throat. These humans were trading and dealing with a bloodline that betrayed him. Without warning. The ancient lycan reached over and slammed the human's face into the table. A cracking from his skull filled the air. The hunter struggled under his claws. "Where is this lycan?" His voice hiss venomously towards the hunter. He held the book to the whimpering human. "The east coast." His head cracked louder, "What village?" The ancient lycan's eyes began to glow with such hatred. "Monte Port." The human's skull caved in from the pressure from the lycan's hand.

The lycan toss the book to the female. She would be holding it as they traveled to this 'Monte Port.' The ancient lycan walked to the bookshelf. He searched the books. Perhaps there was something just as useful. He pulled out a book. Flipping through it as he muttered to himself. The lycan was having a conversation with himself. He toss the book over his shoulder before turning the next one.

Vera watched the ancient lycan, her skin prickling as she watched him make the last kill. She knew she was a slave now and that she had no authority any longer, but with all the events going on, her enslavement and even the sight of these hunters nearly derailed her. She needed a way to vent her frustration. When she was free she would usually hunt, the run and the simple kill of a lower animal was sometimes enough to satisfy her, but she never missed an opportunity to kill hunters, but her master had taken it upon himself to kill them all. She wanted to growl in frustration and snap at him, but she knew no good would come of it. She simply sat the book on the table and glared at her master for a moment. He was obviously lost in thought while talking to himself. Vera shook her head, muffling a giggle that threatened to erupt from her throat. For such a dangerous and violent creature, he sure could be amusing.

Though she was unsure if her next actions would require permission she shrugged it off and transformed back into a wolf anyway. She then trotted back over to one of the dead hunters on the floor and began tearing away chunks of flesh from his body. It wasn't as disgusting as she originally thought it might be, but then again she hadn't eaten in days. Chunk after chunk was torn from the bones, her white muzzle becoming becoming crimson with blood. She could feel herself regaining strength. The female lycan really needed this.

The ancient lycan could hear the female eating the corpse on the floor. His senses filling with the blood from her eating. However he didn't care. I got some useful information from the hunters before killing them. Another book he simply tossed over his shoulder. The next book he pulled made him laugh. They had a chapter about the war. The way they portrayed him was hilarious in his view. They had drawn a picture of his appearance. Look nothing like him. "I love this part." He spoke to himself. "The once human lycan had slaughtered Markus, his clan's alpha out of pure jealousy." He laughed at those words darkly. "How humorous." He turned to the female wolf. "This is the crap your generation grew up on? No wonder why you all are idiots." He tossed the book into the fireplace. As humorous as it was he went back to search the other books.

She finished her meal and and shifted her human form one more. Blood was still smeared across her mouth when the faced Adaza watching him once more. "I suppose so." She grumbled, "Listen, just because it is in the books doesn't mean I believed it. For all I knew at the time it you were simply a legend. A myth. Something to haunt us. Things have a way of changing over the years. Truth turns into myths and legends that gets changed over decades." She shrugged and added in a soft voice, "You're obviously much more... talkative than the stories portray." She almost chuckled, but decided to quickly add, "It's just a joke, sir.." Her eyes only held his for a moment before she cast her glance aside and back to the bookshelf, "You know there are more of these hunters around here. I recognize this land. There are many of those that collect such knowledge. I'm not sure how it was during your era, but now many will send in spies and gather information for payment. You know, human and lycan working together. There is word that the same goes for other creatures such as us that the humans wish to exterminate." She paused, "But I'm sure this isnt news to you."

The ancient lycan just glared darkly at his slave. Her remarks made him want to hurt her. He did not care about her words of him being simply something to haunt her generation. That he found amusing but the comment about him being talkative. Now that struck him. He could sense humor in her tone as she said it. He would have to break that. A low sinister sounding growl came from his throat. "Watch your tongue or I'll just have to cut it out." He said playfully. Though his threat was not idle. He would easily remove her tongue, slowly of course. He rather enjoyed the thought of her suffering from the pain. Made him smile darkly at her.

The lycan turned his gaze back to the nearly empty bookshelf. "Perhaps we shall pay them a visit then." He walked over to an empty chair. Plucking his dagger from the dead hunter's hand. Adaza just kicked the corpse down off the table before sitting. "In the morning. I'm tired." The lycan place his feet onto the table, lending backwards as he crossed his arms behind his head. The lycan crossed his ankles. His eyes closed. Just because he had just came from a cavern, did not mean he was not sleepy.

The female lycan shook her head and sighed, there was just no getting along with her master. She lazily began searching the chests near the beds, which looked very soft piled with furs and wool, "Well, sir, there are beds over here if you wish to rest comfortably." She kept her voice low and soft as she continued to search for clothing. Success. She had found some halfway decent attire. She pulled on a simple white tunic and tan leather breeches. It would have to do until something more pleasant to wear came along, if she even had that chance. The boots she had found were much to large for her so she would remain barefooted for now.

Vera glanced at one of the three open beds, she became suddenly very tired. Hoping it wouldn't offend her master in anyway, she decided to climb into one of the beds. It was soft and warm, something she hadn't had in years. A fire could still be heard cackling nearby. These hunters really had a cozy cabin. She yawned once more and snuggled against the fur.

The ancient lycan had slept on the cold stone ground for centuries. A warm bed sounded strange. No, he rather sleep in the chair. It was closure to the door. A habit they would never break from him, even with years of imprisonment. "Foolish woman." He hissed darkly. Comfort could easily be taken away as well be a downfall. The more comfortable you got, the deeper the relaxation. The deeper the relaxation, the slower reflexes. The slave could die for all he cared. He however would never take to a bed unless certain actions were intended.

Suit yourself. The lycan female thought. Years on her own had sharpened her senses. She wasn't a powerful warlord, she was simply a lycan of alpha blood that had been trained fom the day she could walk to fight and to listen. Perhaps it was in his arrogance that her master had assumed her to be weak just because she wasn't like him, just because he could kill her. Whatever the reason, he didn't understand her ability to defend and care for herself. She shrugged it off. It might have been silly to him that she graciously took a bed for comfort, but she didn't know if she would live another day anymore, not with him. Adaza seemed like he could snap at any minute and destroy her, "I apologize for sounding foolish, master. I simply do not know your ways yet and wanted to be assured that you could rest well." Vera muttered sleepily.

It didn't take long after that for the female lycan to doze off. The need for sleep was too overwhelming.

The lycan woke up early to birds chirping in the distance. Instantly he stood and left the cabin. Leaving the door ajar as he did. The chair he was sleeping in fell to the floor with a loud thump. His eyes narrowed from the sun. It was bright, warm to the skin. The ancient lycan couldn't help but stare at it. He hadn't seen the sun in a long time. A smile crept it's way onto Adaza's extremely pale face. He was enjoying his newly found freedom. So much that he was ignoring the voices screaming around within his head. They called for blood, death. The screaming of innocent victims to fill the air, destroying the peace he was trying to enjoy at the moment.

The ancient lycan removed his tattered cloak and chest armor. Tossing them to the ground as he did. Leaving his torso bare so the sun could warm it. He was still muscular in build even after eating nothing but rodents for centuries. Long scar covered the places the armor hid. Reminders of the date he was turned. The lycan looked at his hands. He moved his fingers why the sensation of the sun hit them. It would take him a while to get use to the freedom he now had once again.

Vera awoke with a start when the chair hit the floor. It took a moment before last night's events refreshed in her mind. She sat up, feeling a tad bit sore, and stretched her arms and legs out as she stood. The female lycan sighed as she remembered she had a master and wondered where he had gone to. Surely not far considering she was still here.. Quietly she stepped over the half eaten corpses and moved towards the open door. The sun was bright, welcoming after last night's events.

Vera peered out and caught sight of her master. She leaned against the door frame, the warmth the sun brought mixed with a warm breeze pushed the last of her sleepiness away. She was studying the ancient lycan before her. He seemed strangely at peace. Her eyes trailed over the scars, the muscles and wondered how such an evil being could be handsome. The female lycan shook her head to clear such thoughts and glanced down at herself. She must have looked silly in such oversized clothing, but it was better than wearing nothing. She quickly rolled up the sleeves of the simple white tunic and tied a knot at the bottom to shorten the shirt some, exposing a small part of the scars on her stomach. She would have called out to her master, but she didn't want to disturb him.

The lycan's eyes had closed over the small period of time. The sunlight felt good to him. His nose picked up a soft feminine scent. He instantly knew that scent. He could feel his slave's eyes on him. However he just ignored her. He wanted to reside in the sun for a bit more. The ancient lycan was searching the air for the smell of other cabins. Small hints here and there of cabins. None seemly too close though. A small growl escaped him. He turned to glare to the corner of the cabin. He could smell the ocean. It was a great distance away but the slight hint of salt lingered in the breeze. Judging by the sun and the shadows, he was facing east.

He chuckled darkly as he placed his armor back into it's proper place. His cloak covering him once more. His bones crackled as he turned into his wolf form. The black wolf sniffed the air. He didn't even bothering telling his slave. The lycan just started to run. He was following the scent of the ocean. If she didn't follow he would simply hunt her and kill her later. Her scent was permanently engraved into his mind. Seeing how she was the first and only female he met in this new world at the moment.

She had watched the ancient lycan transform and run off towards the coast. With a sigh, the female lycan also shifted forms. The black and white wolf began trotting towards the direction of ther master. She knew where he was headed, there was a coastal town in that direction. Vera growled lowly as she continued to head after Adaza. Would he spare anyone? In truth, Vera hated humankind, but she never slaughtered an entire town. Sure, she had been tracking hunter activities for months when she was captured by a lycan clan that thought she was a member of the pack they were at war with. She growled once more is distaste. Her searches kept coming up empty. Where was he? Would she ever find him?

The female lycan had found a few members of the hunting party that killed off her entire pack, but none knew where he was. One by one, she killed them neqrly all of them. Only a select few of those hunters remained and they were completely oblivious to her being alive. They all thought she was dead. They thought he had killed her. And so did he..

The female wolf shook her head and sped up after Adaza.

The ancient lycan ran for what felt like hours. He stopped sniffing around the air. They were close to the town. He could hear a mixture of races active, they were going about their normal lives in the village. The large wolf just walked into the village. The town filled with gasps and screams. The villagers hid from sight. Inwardly the lycan just laughed at their fearful faces. Slowly the lycan changed into his human form. The scent of fear filled the air as his eyes looked up and down the cowering villagers. He knew a powerful vampire governed over the village. He could smell the decay in the air from it. The lycan slowly made his way to the tavern. However he was stopped by a few armored humans. They trembled as they stood before him. "Leave this place now monster!" The captain of them ordered Adaza. His sinister laughed filled the air. They dared to challenge him while trembling in their boots. He was surprised they didn't wet themselves. How amusing.

The ancient lycan just picked the flesh from under his jagged claw. Stepping on the corpse in front of him, he entered the tavern. He wanted a drink before slaughtering the rest of the village. It didn't matter if they ran out into the forest. He would find them. Once inside Adaza just grabbed the bottle of whisky. He opened it as the people inside froze in fear at the lycan. He drank the honey-golden liquid in a matter of seconds. Oh he missed the tingle alcohol had to give. Though he never had this whisky before. He liked it.

Vera could hear the shrieks before she could see the village. Screaming and the sound of crushing bones and spewing blood could also be heard. I guess he is just going to kill.. Kill.. The female wolf reached the edge of the woods and peered out at the coastal town. She inhaled deeply. Though the air was drenched with the smell of death, she could still enjoy the sent of salt that lingere underneath. Villagers that were still alive caught sight of the large wolf and began panicking once more. She growled out of annoyance and shifted forms, her womanly figure taking the wolf's place.

"If I were you, I'd get out of here." She hissed quietly at the villagers that eyed her uneasily. "Now. Run. Head out to the ocean where he can't track your scent." The villagers didn't move. "Fine, stay here and die, you puny humans." Her voice which was soft and quiet now held irritation. She was trying to save some of their lives, as pathetic as it may have been. She knew Adaza would likely beat her or even kill her for this, but it wasn't in her nature to kill young families that had nothing to do with her. She moved on and continued to stroll the town. A guard appeared from around the corner. Villagers pointed her out and then pointed to the tavern. "Filthy humans." Vera growled darkly and stared at the guards.

Splatters of blood covered the tavern walls. Corpses scattered around the blood drenched floor. There was no living soul in liquored filled building except for him. Adaza just grabbed another full bottle of whiskey and left the tavern. He was covered in drops of blood, except his claws were dripping with it. The lycan saw his slave and held out his hands out playfully. "You're missing the fun slave." He just laughed and waved his words off. "No, you won't will you. You'll be gathering all the villagers that listened to your warning." He said darkly, growling hatefully at her with narrowed eyes. "I'm over thirty centuries old, my hearing is better then you think slave." The ancient lycan just backed handed the guard charging at him, snapping his neck instantly.

"Scamper off and bring them back." He dared her to challenge him. He would show the alpha her place. "And don't say you can't find any or run off, I know your scent and I can smell lies." Once she gathered all the villagers that ran. The ancient lycan would have her kill them all slowly. He would watch her as she did. She would be punished if she killed them quickly. He would not be as merciful.

A growled thundered in the alpha's throat. This was ridiculous, there was no need for such tackless killing. Anger bubbled through her and her blood felt like it was boiling. She was marked his slave, she was told to do this and that, but this was out of the question. Her father had once taught her long ago that ruthless and vicious killing was not something to be proud of. Her family had lived by laws that provided constant peace. She had only strayed from his teachings when an arrangement for their murder was made and was followed through. "You fetch them yourself, mutt." Her voice held hate, "What are you going to do if I don't? Kill me? Torture me? Go ahead. You cannot make me beg for my life." This bravery was only from the alpha blood singing through her veins, "What do you know of true pain, Master?" Her pale green eyes were blazing, "You may be the master of causing pain and slaughtering people and creatures without mercy, but you will never understand true pain." Her canines were sharp, "There are people out there that deserve to be hunted down and killed, but here you are slaughtering this villagers just because you're some sick and powerful ancient being. Arrogance. Your need for power, for torture, to show how great you are makes you weak. Weak and pathetic."

She knew her defiance would be punished. She was prepared for the pain. She was of a proud alpha bloodline and wouldn't just go with this. Not this. The smell of innocent death had her more on edge than ever. The female lycan shifted forms. A snarling white and black wolf stood, eyeing Adaza, her body prepared for attack, her muzzle pulled back in a snarl. Why should it matter to her if she dies now? With this monster on the loose, humanity is lost. The population in the world shall die out. The least she could do for releasing the ancient lycan is die trying to take him down.

A darkness unlike anything began to dance around him. His piercing red eyes now glowed with such anger and hatred not even the devil himself could portray the same bone chilling glare. A matched growl emitted from the ancient lycan. His speed was near an instant flash. The back of his hand slammed into the white and black wolf with a bone shattering forcing. Lucky she wasn't a normal wolf or she would be dead. She would just be in a great amount of pain. Before his slave could fully hit the ground. Adaza kicked her in the ribs with the same force. "Knowledge of true pain? Is what you think you know slave." His voice was chilling calm, yet anger and hatred cut deeply with every word. The villagers just watched in horror as the male lycan spoke, chilling their souls with such fear.

"Let us have a real lesson in pain, shall we?" His question was more a statement than anything. "Perhaps little alpha, I should make you live a life as I did. Seeing how you're packless however, I guess can not kill your family in front of you." His words were bitter as he mocked her. "However I can make you feel what it's like to drown in your own vomit and blood. Let you know the burning sensation of your lungs filling, gasping for breath, praying that death soon will come. Yet never does." The lycan just sneered at her in a sinister manner. "Perhaps I shall throw you in a cage and force you fight for your life against other monsters. Leaving nothing but frighten little children for you to feast on. Force you to watch every life you saved tortured and slowly eaten over a course of time.
