I am home! Class was pretty fun. Far fewer likely creepers at this campus than the one I take most of my classes at.

It's a Japanese class; every single one I've tried to take before has been weeaboo hell. I'm mainly taking the class for the sake of beating anxiety; I'm not really learning anything new but I'm getting a lot of speaking practice.

Also, in talking about the importance of distinguishing long vs. short vowels, the teacher coincidentally repeated a joke my brother is pulling in a project of ours; I was left dying face down on my desk.

I wish I still understood japanese.

A good teacher and a fun class should help with your anxiety

It's helping a little bit; I was able to speak in class without completely melting down. It wasn't easy, and I was scared out of my mind, but I managed it.

Way to go! It will get easier after awhile
