There are a bunch of hippie stoners in Oregon. I don't know why either. It just is. Washington to, but not as much. I think it might be because of two things: Oregon is a 'green' state, and it's legal to smoke pot in your own home in Oregon. (but not buy or sell or grow)

Oh yea, but you have to be careful if you have the plants. It's one of those weird laws.

I've never grown my own. My friend used to have a small one in his room, but his dad took it away. :rofl:
It IS a weird law, because you'd either have to buy it from someone selling it or grow your own to be able to smoke it in your home. & If you had medical marijuana, it'd be legal for you to smoke it anyways without that law.
