Story

We've all heard stories about valiant knights rescuing Princesses, the same old medieval cliches. Every girl has heard it, some even imagined having their own Prince Charming, however reality can be harsh. Unknown to many the fantasy world that we all know is very real, is exists in a parallel dimension to our own. Ruled by a single Queen.

She is wise beyond her years despite how young she actually is, they say she never ages. In this world there exists all manner of mystical creatures, all except...for elves. You see at one time Elves did populate the realm, however something happened that began to wipe them out. It was not a war, but a plague that only affected them.

A mysterious disease no one was prepared for, not even the top scholars could understand it. It only seemed to affect elves as well, it seemed, as it was found out later, that this disease only affected Elves the reason why is still a mystery at this point.

Upon one of her journeys to a nearby elven kingdom she discovered that the Queen there still breathed life within her, but only for a few moments as the disease would take her as well. In her last moments the Elf Queen gave her a mysterious object, a magical mirror she said could "connect to an alternate world." A world the Elves always knew existed but was never allowed to make contact with.

The Queen was fascinated by this, the Elven Queen was also her closest ally, and losing her that day was heartbreaking. Upon arriving back home she studied the mirror, trying to find out what power lied behind it. It was not until she was visited by one of her most brilliant scholars was when a plan went into motion. The scholar discovered that the mirror had runes written on the backside in Elven lore. Luckily, she was well-versed in her lores.


"Should we elves find ourselves on the brink of destruction, we have sent magical items containing our spirit into another world, for safe keeping. May evil never find it. Seek out the ones blessed by these items, and bring back our souls..."

Was what the lore translated to, of course the Queen was utterly confused, if there was one thing she was bad at it was magic. However, she knew that she somehow needed to get into contact with whoever these "blessed ones" were....



Our world, modern day. The magical items spoken of in the lore had found themselves in the hands of the Blessed Ones, only they do not know it yet. These girls have no idea of the destiny that they would soon undertake. Never knowing that the very mirror in their bathroom connects to another world, one in dire need of help..

Becoming a Magical elf girl - The Rules that follow.


Upon entering this mythical realm, the girls are greeted by the Queen who happily greeted them. She told them how they were brought here and did her best to answer any question the girls had. She then told them, that they were needed and the magical items they had held the very soul of a specific elf.


These items were anything from magi swords, shields, even jewelry and so on. The Queen was confused herself just how it all worked, but thanks to her scholars this issue was quickly resolved. A scroll had been found within the edges of the magical mirror detailing all about these items.


"These items that are held by the blessed ones allow them to take our form, each object acts differently."


Getting one of her brilliant ideas the Queen decided she would take these girls to be her knights, but not before they had sat down for tea.

Rules.

1. Profiles must be pmed to me.

2. You CANNOT be an Elf, they are extinct in this role-play and the only way you'd be able to be one is by being a magical girl (sorry guys, but there's no Magical boys.)

3. I encourage romance (especially yuri, so expect to see love in all of its many forms.)

4. No God Modding powers such as, (Instant death, time travel, invincibility, etc.)

5. Refer to the playable races listed in the OOC thread.

6. Try to have fun.

It had been only one day since her arrival here, the day before she was just getting out of bed and checking herself in the mirror when she wound up here. She rose up from the bed she slept in, thinking it was still a dream. The room she was in was very decorated with red and gold pretty much everywhere even on the furniture. She decided to lay back down and go back to sleep thinking she was still dreaming.

That was, until the Queen approached her chambers to find her sleeping there sprawled about with her mouth gaping open. With a quick whacking of her staff Elizabeth quickly woke up "Ah! It's not a dream?...oh, it's you...good morning?" She now had a big lump on her forehead from being flogged, but the Queen stood there smiling.

"Good morning, I'm glad you're awake now."

"Yeah, but did you have to smack me?"

"Well there was no other way."

"A simple kiss would be nice~" She was gathering her thoughts, this place was still weird and was hard to believe she was really here, but with a beautiful Queen and a castle full of women it felt like heaven.

The Queen instructed her to wait in the throne room. There were other girls that Beth needed to be acquainted with, she had yet to speak to really anyone. Yesterday she was dragged into training just after she appeared in the world, but she already knew how to use a sword. She took kendo classes after all, she was a foreign exchange student living in Japan at the time.

Loni sat 'indian style' in the center of the throne room, right in the middle of the floor. She didn't seem to care what any would think of this, intent on her sketch. She liked how the light was hitting the throne at that moment so had done what she always did when she saw something that 'hit her' just right. She sat down and started drawing, shutting out all other people. If they wished to talk let them talk. It wasn't as if many said nice things about her to begin with. She was always too busy doing what she liked.

She looked human, hell thought she was human, and yet people seemed to instantly think she was 'dark' somehow. She never could understand why she seemed to bring out the worst in people... so at some point she just stopped caring. She also tended to keep to herself, aside from the occasional snide comment or amused chuckle or even flirting if she thought it'd make someone uncomfortable and keep their distance. A cloak developed to form an icy, safe exterior to keep people away. It was just easier to do things that way.

Beth was awestruck the first day she saw the throne room, but now it just wasn't as imposing. She walked along side the Queen when she noticed Loni. A smile grew on her face what was she doing over there? Beth being the friendly spastic girl she was thought it would be a good idea to go and greet her, they would be seeing a lot of each other after all. The Queen decided to stay silent and watch she knew the girl was sketching something and didn't want to get in her way.

"What'cha doin'?" Came Beth's cheery voice when she approached the girl. "Ohhh that looks awesome, you're really good!" She was actually surprised, she was a failure in art class, couldn't even draw stick people right. "Did you wind up here from back home too?" she asked curiously as she stood next to her.

Loni let her eyes raised her eyes to the cheerful girl while one eyebrow lifted. My she was cheerful. She started to say something sarcastic but then the girl was already remarking on her skill. She blinked, that was a fast shift of gears. She waited for the other girl to finally finish, concentrating on the drawing more then the girl while she did so. She wasn't sure when the girl would be done asking questions after all....or how many subjects she'd cover.

"Thanks........and yeah, if your home is my home" She said overly sweetly. There was a little sarcasm to the last but not too harsh. It simply seemed an odd question to her, even if she knew what Beth meant. To anyone actually from here the question might be confusing or not make sense. She shrugged, however, and then turned back to what she was doing. The light was shifting so she had to hurry...

The Queen sat on her throne watching them with a smirk on her face. It was then she sat up, more royal-like from the slouched position she was in. "I think the first ting we should do, is get you two accustomed to this world." She called them over to her. Beth looked over e Queen looking like a lost puppy, "What do you have in mind?"

The Queen then stood up and stepped over to a large painting behind the throne, stuck in one of the corners was a map. She handed it to Beth, "I want you both to understand why you are here, your lineage, and who you will become."

Beth opened the paper map, it was so medieval and old school that she could barely make heads or tails of it, she then handed it to Loni, "I declare you the official navigator of this epedition." SAhe bowed and handed it out to her. She was a little unsure about this of course, what if they ran into monsters?! A pair of cute girls being sent into dangerous territory? Although the Queen seemed to have confidence in them...
