yeah. this would be the first year i haven't gone trick or treating.. >.< this year just hasn't been a good year for me, so i just want it to be over. and since its gotten cooler outside and such, i actually am happy its gonna snow sooner or later. means the year is almost over and hopefully the next year starts in a positive way for me. >.<
edit- it was really windy tuesday it was nice. i went walking in it that night and i loved it. it felt nice. ^.^ nippy but i bought hot cocoa packets and it was worth it.

@deilen: yeah. up near where my cousin goes to college in Oswego and the eastern part of the state like Syracuse and such got socked with snow. same with the southern part in the catskills region. and north in Adirondacks.
not us in Western new york (i live in rochester). >.<

Now see that never happens here, no such thing as a snow day there could be 4 feet fallen over the night and still they chain up those buses and make those poor kids go to school. The only thing that would stop them is Ice, or no heat at school. But where you are dotn they close schools for stuff like snow and ice storms?

it depends on where you are. my school district made us suffer and we were always the last district in the area to usually close. once my friend was on the bus on her way to school at 650am and thats when they're like "oh turn back drop them off greece is closed"

i think with us when i was going, it was based on windchill and the cold air and the gas the busses run on that determine anymore. since my area well isn't known for the snow and such. though if we had an ice storm then we'd close. we had a blizzard in '07 and they still had school >.< i stayed home- i'm in college parents didn't wanna drive me there.
