Long story short,
As artists, we will actually have to PAY the government for ownership of something that WE have created. Art, writting, photos, video,
And if we don't pay, ANYONE can use our work.
I repeat, ANYONE.
THIS BILL WILL LEGALIZE ART THEFT.
Hopefully, SOMEONE has the common sense not to pass this as law up in the Dipshit administration. But if it does, as artists we are all royally screwed.
