I can see you

What a fool I am, to be so shy?



Another day passes
Another chance is gone
Another opportunity is wasted



You walk past me again
I approach you slowly, but surely


You wave at me, you notice me


Finally I talk to you

This unknown courage, this unknown strength, now flowing through me

I can't help but blush as you take my hand

Finally a day has been embraced

I turn to hide my beaming smile

I am shy no longer.

This one reminds me of myself when I was younger. I was terribly shy in social setting or just talking to people in general, but my wife has gotten my past that. :D

I've never been shy! this poem was written for someone who was shy though. XD

I enjoyed reading it and although there wasn't really anything describing imagery I still imagined it in my head since I know the feeling lol.
