Some pets have a shorter lifespan.
I met a family pet once that had lived through two generations. Gross, right?

I'd be sad if a pet outlived me. I'm glad it has a long lifespan, but I can't guarantee that it'll be taken care of after I'm dead!

That's true, Dys. I have a few ferrets that are getting up there in years. I'm worried I'll be losing them soon..

I have 4 ferrets. C: One is only a year, but the other three range from 4 to 5. .__.

They are little trouble makers and steal everything. XD

Well, they each have their own personal fettish.. My only female ferret loves coke cans. She will empty them and stash them somewhere.. My white male loves change. If he finds a bag of change, he will haul it off to his hiding spot. He also hoards food. The cinnamon colored male loves to open drawers and cabinets and steal WHATEVER is in them.. And my youngest male loves socks..

What a mess.
