I do hear frog taste like chicken.
Chinese name for frog, field chicken. XD literally. the ones that use in cooking.
For the ones that not use in cooking just, green frog. XD or frog.

I guess the oddest things I like are bear & turtle.
One of our friends smoked a bear shoulder & it was delicious.
Turtle did sort of remind me of chicken, the only time I had it was breaded & fried.

I think bear is fine, but I haven't tried it before.
As for turtle...

I don't eat animals, bruh. Too picky. Besides chicken and bacon and hamburger patty chunks with the noodles instead of cheese.

It has a strong flavor to it.
I've tried deer prepared a couple of different ways, but don't like it.
I'm not that much into eating red meat, I prefer poultry over anything else so it surprises people that I liked bear.
