Have you tried the chocolate Philadelphia? It's amazing on toast, even though it sounds gross.

I haven't. I don't like chocolate cheesecake, so I not sure I'd like the Philly :c

One of my coworkers put honey on top of his pizza toast yesterday. :gonk:
I liked that my other coworkers made a point to say "This is unusual. Please don't think all Japanese people eat like this."

@Jelly: Yeah, which I was pretty surprised at. Tesco had it on offer not too long ago. You got sixteen individual pots for £2. :ninja:
@Roz: I don't actually like Nutella too much. *edges away*
@Cherry: Have you ever tried peanut butter and banana sandwiches?
@Ferra: Lets all take a moment to mourn the desecration of an innocent pizza.

I like peanut butter and banana sandwiches
I also like to add nutella in there too :ninja:
A tasty alternative to banana is sliced apple, that's really nommy in with peanut butter :D

Ooh, I've never tried apple and peanut butter before. Next time we have some in I might have to test it.
What's really nice is tinned caramel (like the middle bit of millionaire shortbread) and apple.

Apple and peanut butter taste really good, as do banana and peanut butter sammies.
They make for a good snacks.
I love nutella.. I'm the only one in my house though, so I usually have to buy my own. Lol.

Bucket - No, I think I'm allergic to bananas. :( Whenever I eat them, my whole mouth gets really itchy, and they say that when someone gets severe allergic reactions to food (like your throat closing up or breaking out in hives), they usually got more mild ones in the past, so I don't want to risk it until I can get a doctor to give me an actual allergy test for them.
I'm not too big on apples with peanut butter. The flavors fight each other too much so you don't quite get enough of either. Not to mention that apple slices just want none of that, so the peanut butter just slides off it if you're not careful. I do love apple butter and peanut butter on sandwiches, though.
I've never tried nutella, personally. It's so sugary (and expensive) as opposed to peanut butter. I know I'd love it, so I don't even want to try it because then I'd eat it all the time and get fat.

Nutella is like a God's food. It's so good. I have the problem with eating a lot of the container when I buy it so I don't keep it in the house. It's amazing even though it's not good for you.

Cherry, do you have smooth peanut butter? If I make a peanut butter and apple sandwich I like to use a nice seeded wholegrain bread, crunchy peanut butter, and a nice crisp juicy apple, cut into slices that are a good half a cm thick. Nom nom!

Yeah, I get smooth. I'm not much of a fan of crunchy, but it may not be bad on apples. Hmm, I'll have to think about this.
And yeah, I love whole grain bread. It's got such a nice flavor and is so much better for you. I won't touch white.
What I really love is putting a very thin layer of mayonnaise on whole grain. You don't really get the mayo flavor, it just makes the bread moister and enhances the flavor. It's good for bread heels.

White bread is lovely if it's "proper" bread, cut from an uncut loaf. Especially tiger bread  Or the crusty rolls they call "rustique" from the in-store bakery. But the mass-produced stuff is :talk2hand:
