Did you know that if you believe something will give you acne, and you eat it, your body can make acne even if what you eat shouldn't make you break out? Mind over matter.

You basically trick yourself into breaking out. I'm pretty sure chocolate doesn't cause acne, but I know that greasy foods can.

That type of thinking has some merit I think. Your psychological thinking effects your body and in response reacts the way you think it will.

Anyways, I've been reading up on it and apparently (according to wikipedia, at least, which might be a little out of date on this article) it's still being studied on whether or not it causes acne. But I did find this:

Yeah, I can understand that. My mom likes to come home from work and complain that there isn't anything to eat even though there is. There just isn't anything that she likes to eat around the house.

I don't really like chocolate, but sometimes I crave it. Which is kinda messed up in my opinion. D:

I LOVE chocolate! I only eat chocolate flavours for almost everything. Cake, dessert, ice cream, cookies... can't even tolerate nuts to mix with the darling chocolate. Ferrero Rocher is an exception, but I would be glad if they took out the nuts.

I love chocolate too. Some I do like with nuts but its in some of the certain candy box mixes. I don't like dark chocolate though. Only dark chocolate I think I will ever eat, is Godiva Dark Chocolate.

Did you know that chocolate has lead in it? No wonder I'm so stupid... ;~;

I like dark chocolate 80% the most, 100% is total off, I prefer bitter sweet, not totally bitter.

Dark chocolates are my favorite.
