Same thing as yogurt. Not all bacterias are bad. There are healthy bacterias that help to aid with digestion and prevent infections.

I'm not saying you won't like it as you get older. I just think for kids, it reminds them of ketchup so it's a good kind of segue into other flavors. I personally don't like ketchup, so I don't like sweet and sour sauce because that's one of the main ingredients in it. No bueno.

Actually, kids like sweet and sour. not because of ketchup, they just like sweet and sour.

I think probably all viruses are bad but there can be some healthy bacteria.

Some bacterias really are good for you.

Yogurt, Kombucha, Sauerkraut, apple cider vinegar. All have strong probiotic properties that help aid in digestion and stomach health.

theres stuff in your butt to that helps get rid of the stuff your stomach didn't get. and thats what makes farts :D

I try to eat yogurt for that often but usually end up forgetting. >.<

I like vinegar... sushi~

and ketchup has more sweet...
still... raw vinegar is really really sour... x.x

OH MY GOODNESS D: KIDS WERE INSANE TODAY D: St. Patrick's Day combined with last week before Spring Break = insanity!

PLUS - Kindergarten and First Grade will be taking field trips in the morning over the next few days which means they will still come to activity class right after they get back and haave lunch which means more insanity D:

Stuff them full of sugar and herd them on to the next class!
