ankoku smirked and said "very well." he looked to the rebels and said "alright some of you are coming with me to get back this little ladies friends, others will stay behind with lina- may to hold down the fort." he looked at his second in command and his best friend, kigan "im leaving you in charge, take good care of the place and good care of lena." kigan smiled and said "you got it." ankoku took a group of rebels and went with alli back into the city. "alright guys security is gonna be tough so be ready." they charged through the city blasting through the defenses the guards made and made it to the council building. "charge!" drove through the wall into the building and started fighting with any guards. ankoku took alli with him and started heading for the elevator. "we need to hurry."

Lena smiled as they started to get along. The small group left though, leaving them behind. The second in command turned to Lena after Ankoku and Alli left. Telling her to just stay in Ankoku's room for now. Lena did. Not wanting to anger any of them. She even went to sleep after a while. Total exhaustion had taken her small form over.

ankoku jumped into the elevator with alli and hit the button to goto the top floor. "knowing my brother hes using them as bait, he's probly pissed about me scarring him. he'll have them with him in his private quarters. just stay behind me when we head into his quarters."

alli raised her eyebrows in surprise. "your brother?" she tapped her chin thinking. "so your the one who killed the vampire leader. huh?" she waited until they got off the elevator than started to get quieter. "i dont even know your name." she smirked.

he whispered "im ankoku, youngest son of the original vampire ruler or the world. i never supported my father and when i was 12 i ran away from home and started the rebellion. then he took over in year 2012, in year 2014 i killed my father. ranpu took his place as head councilman." ankoku sighed and said "ive been at war with what my father started and my brother kept alive for 7 years, 2 were agianst my father, the past 5 were agianst ranpu."

alli stopped and smirked. "thanks for the history lesson...now if i remember correctly, we were going to kill some vampire?" she froze and put a finger over her lips. hearing a ruffling sound.

ankoku snapped and the sounds of bodies hitting the ground went through the hall. he opened a door to show several guards dead on the ground. "death summoning spell, kills beings that have a weaker mental power than the caster."

alli raised an eyebrow. "it didnt work on me, huh?" she smirked.

"probly because i wasnt trying to use it on you. or would you rather me use it on you now?" he said jokingly. he kept walking down the hall until they reached the door at the end of the hall. he looked at the door and listened, the sound of several humans breathing slowly due to the fact that they were out cold. he heard the footsteps of his brother and the sound of his brother wrapping his eye with bandages. ankoku took a deep breath and then kicked the door down. he saw his brother ranpu with the hunters. ranpu summoned his sword. "what come to take my other eye?" ranpu said. ankoku scoffed and said "no just wondering why you took those hunters. they did nothing to you." ranpu chuckled and said "they took human slaves including the council's personal slave." ankoku scoffed agian and said "you idiot, more the 3 quarters of the time were the rebellion taking those slaves to let them free or join us. the slave that was kidnapped earlier wast them either. i took her after i took your eye, she agreed to come with me. these hunters werent even close to this building when that slave was kidnapped. let alone notice the fact that it is just barely a squardron, theres no way they could have kidnapped so many slaves without losing people. the rebellion however is equally powerful as the guards you send after us and we're able to take more hits." they pointed their blades at each other. "twilight and dawn clash." ranpu said. "both being opposite sides, opposite poles. which will come out on top is yet to be seen." ankoku continued. "dawn meaning the begining, twilight meaning the ending." they both said.

alli watched them both closely and scanned the room. everyone was there. oout cold. she saw kaku on the ground a couple feet away and he was breathing a bit faster than everyone else. "alli...r...run..." she flinched hearing him mumble in his unconcience state. she held onto her sword closer and walked over to him. she knelt down, glad to see the brother's were busy with eachother at the moment and shook him a little. he mumbled more for her to run and she shook her head. this kid has some serious protective issues. she stood back up and continued to watch them both very closely.

ankoku pulled out his phone. "guys come help alli get the othe hunters outta here." the rebel on the other end of the phone saind "yes sir." he closed his phone and went bacek to fully focusing on ranpu. the other rebels rushed into the room they grabbed the hunters and one took alli's hand, they rushed out and back to the first floor. they heard the sound of the hover bikes rushing through the city and back to the forest. ankoku said "now its just you and me brother." ranpu smirked and said "so be it." their blades started glowing and they dashed at each other and clashed swords. "lets see who wins the twilight- dawn battle!" they both yelled.

alli frowned, but obeyed. she helped everyone back into the vampire base and attended to all her slayers. she helped kaku the most though. "everything will be okay." she whispered petting his hair. he nodded and turned on his side. "stay...alli..." he murmered.

Lena-may woke up, hearing the racket from everyone returning. She quickly got up and got herself dressed. Walking out of Ankoku's room. She headed towards the voices, finding the room filled with people. Lena-May stepped behind the girl, Alli, she seemed to be their leader after all. "Is there anything I may help with?" She spoke, Keeping her head down and hands clinched together in front of her.

alli glanced back hearing another's voice and nodded. "can you help my slayers over there?" she pointed to one side of the wall with them lined up. she looked at her again noticing who it was and added, "sorry about what i said earlier. thank you."

"Alright." Lena-May nodded. Remembering how she had called each of the vampires filthy, including herself. It did anger Lena, but she refused to show it. It seemed each and everyone of her emotions had been beaten out of her. All except loyalty. The counsel had done that to her, morphing her into a robot type of person. Lena walked over to the slayers, bending down in front of one. "Hello. May I help you?" Lena asked him, giving the man a small smile. She asked a few of the slayers, and decided water was the most needed right now. Lena went outside, taking a bucket, she filled it from a well and brought it back in. "Excuse me mam... Where is Ankoku? She asked Alli after most of the slayers had gotten a drink.

alli looked up from kaku and frowned. "hes fighting his brother right now. their in some kind of 'heated battle' or something." she shrugged and gave kaku something to drik while she was there and stood up. "thankyou for helping us. we wont forget." she itched her head and blushed. whens the last time you thanked or said sorry to? i forget...oh wait...never...

Lena grew worried when she heard he was not back yet. Part of her wanted to go help him, but she would be no use. In fact, Lena would probably only make it worse. Besides, Ankoku's best friend would not allow her to go. She glanced up into Alli's eye before looking back down away from her. "You should stay here for now. The military will be searching these woods for days now... It is dangerous."

alli shrugged. "is it realy yours to offer? if we are told to leave, we will...until then..." she looked at kaku. "we will stay..." she looked back up at the girl and asked, "did i ask your name? i forget."

So rude... Lena-May thought to herself, keeping a strong composure on the outside. She was not offering, only enhancing what Ankoku had said earlier. Besides, Lena-May did say should.. not could. Still, inner ranting aside, she smiled a bit. "Lena-May is my name. I'll leave you alone for now." She turned and walked out of the room, going into what seemed to be a kitchen.

alli shrugged and smiled. lena-may. girl has attitude. i like it. she shook her head still smiling and looked down at kaku. her worry for him flooding her mind. "kakuuu...kaaaku..." she poked his cheek for awile and he eventually pushed her hand away and murmered, "five more minutes..." she laughed lightly and shook him. "wake up. and look around." he opened his eyes like ordered and sat up looking around. "vampires. vampire are helping us." he muttered through closed teeth and clenched his hands into fists. he looked back at her with fury in his eyes. "what the hell happened!?" he said a little louder than supposed to. alli shook her head. "you tell me."

ankoku jumped back and said "rnapu, just stop doing this and lets end this." ranpu laughed and said "you think that after all you've done, i'll just let you waltz in and say 'lets end this peacefully'. only in your dreams. you killed dad, you bring disrespect to the name ryu, you bring disrespect to me by forming the rebellion. im not going to let this war end until one of us is dead." ranpu dashed and slashed at ankoku. ankoku tried to dodge but was a little late, he took a hit to the shoulder. when ankoku jumped back meaning to dodge, he fell through the window. when he was close to hitting the ground he summoned his wings and flew back up to the window where ranpu stood. ankoku clutched his arm, and said "fine but don't think we're gonna go down without a fight." he flew off back to the rebellion base. when he landed out front the door was open and he dragged himself to the door before passing out in front of the door. kigan saw ankoku and rushed to him. "shit ankoku, come on. dont die on us man." kigan said trying to get ankoku to wake up.

alli looked up hearing some frantic talking and held up a hand at kaku. "hold that though, i'll be right back..." kaku was ready to protest, but shut his mouth at the last minute. alli walked over to the commotion and frowned. "long time no see mr.ryu..." she crossed her arms and followed the vampires as they brought him into a different room. "will he be okay?" she asked one of them, not realy caring about a vampire's health. if he dies, he dies, if not...i have one more to destroy before i can rest in peace...

Lena-May heard the commotion and walked out of the kitchen. Seeing Ankoku on the ground, hurt. She walked back into the kitchen, taking a small blade with her before leaving again. "Let me help..." She said getting on her knees next to Ankoku. "Fresh blood will help him... I can take the yelling from him later." Lena said knowing he would never want her. He cut her upper wrist. Holding it close to his face. "Sir Ankoku.. drink.."

alli looked at lena-may with her mouth hanging off its hinges and her eyes open wider than a normal persons. she grabbed her wrist away from his mouth and pushed her back. "you would offer blood, just like that to the likes of him!?" she shook her head with disguss and walked furiously out of the room. oh my god. does she know what she is doing!? offering herself to the likes of him! that...that...that blood-whore! she made it to kaku and sat down crossing her arms angry. he looked up surprised. "wanna talk about it?" he smirked. "no." she said stubbornly.

ankoku sat up a bit and said "i heard that." he looked at the other rebels and said "take me to my room guys." they nodded and took ankoku to his room where they layed him down. kigan came in and said "looks like he got his revenge..... sorta." they both chuckled a bit. ankoku ripped the sleeve of his shirt where he was wounded and said "bring in lena, i need her to help me out." kigan nodded and walked out to find lena. when he found her he said "ankoku would like to see you in his room."
