Ugh, I do that all the time... my naps take away from my actual sleep. :cry:

Aha. I don't usually sleep, but if I do I sleep until I'm supposed to go to bed, then I wake up.
One day I fell asleep at 8pm, and woke up at 2:30am. I couldn't get back to sleep so I did stuff, and went back to bed at 9am, woke up a few hours before work, and had two days in one day XD

Haha, I wake up randomly too, but I usually can get back to sleep if I try hard enough. :yes:

I don't really do that, Im just like, all the time I'm wasting by trying to get back to sleep!
