I have managed to hit every NPC at least once, though I admit that I haven't been keeping track enough to know which one is the most often to duck/repel... I think it's probably Victoria and Lise, but I'm not sure. :o

Mr. Mayor was taunting me first thing when I logged in this morning so I tried closing and reopening the window 3 times but he was still there...>.> Finally I was able to get someone else but I still missed. o.O
