It definitely is....normally im not affected too much....I try to be understanding....but on Christmas....jus makes me sad I can't spend it with him....couldn't spend thanksgiving with him either

I mean, I don't have the symptoms, but I think I just carry the disease.

When I got mono I went to the nurse's office. I had no idea what was going on but I just felt so terrible that I started to cry so eventually the nurse called my mom to come get me. When I went home I slept for hours and then the next morning I was too tired to even get dressed. It makes you very tired and sort of gives you like PMS symptoms. Or that's what it was like for me anyway...

And psh....I've been sick for four months....mono would just be one more thing added to my health issues lol

Yeah, Mono sucks. My one friend in high school had it and she missed class for... 2 months?

Eli....definitely...I keep losing my voice because of sinus infections and bronchitis...and ive had to take five sick days so far this year...

@ Eli: Thankfully I only missed a week (and it was actually winter break so I didn't miss any class except the day I got sent home and the next day since that Friday ended up being a snow day). It did end up slowing things down for the start of the Track and Field season though which was sort of depressing. I couldn't practice for the first two weeks which is when we do all the circuit training. I missed all of that and ended up being behind pretty much the whole season. V_V

@ Maria: I really hope once the weather changes that you'll be able to kick all of these bugs Maria!

@ Emilio: Maybe you two can have a nice date to celebrate New Year's instead!

The teachers at my school insist it is the building...mold and all that....I certainly hope not bc there isn't much I can do about that

Yeah, that must be 10x worse. Have you tried bringing up the possible mold issue with the board? because that's not just harmful for you, it's harmful to the kids, too.

We're planning on going snowboarding. I gave Aimee her gift early, season tickets to the slopes.

I hope it's not your work either, that would make things really difficult.
