Well I only got one other egg and it was the green bunny one. I may or may not get any of the others. It's a tad silly that the higher ups decided to make the eggs worth 3,000 gold if not for the 25 tokens. I guess my expectations were a little high, but for items worth as much as they are I kinda expected things that were a bit more cute? I thought the lamb slippers looked a bit tattered and not very well pixeled and the goose item was a bit random for an event like this I think. ^^; That's just me, though. I know that the Menewsha staff are doing what they can right now, but as simple (and overabundant) as the egg hunt EIs were a while back, they were at least still cute.

I still think this event has been fun so far, though. I've gotten to chat with lots of cool peoples due to it. Also, for all I know, things could have been rushed. Maybe not, but even though I'm not too crazy over the EIs this time, I'm still having fun. :D

Well, the reason they make it 3k is so that people post instead. They want to increase activity, after all. But the event items do seem a little disappointing. I think the goose suits easter. It's the one that lays the eggs. :yes: lol

Yeah I suppose the goose laying eggs works with Easter when you think of it that way. I usually just think of bunnies and little chicks because that's all I've ever been exposed to. I also understand raising the price to get people to post. I really shouldn't have factored in the 3000 gold part since (you're also right) it really is just a tactic to get people to post more.

I'm not so much concerned about the fact they only have one pose as much as I just think the content of the EIs could have been delivered better. A bunny laying on one's head is adorable...but a green bunny? Unless I'm missing out on something again I don't think sheep have much to do with Easter, but the slippers could look less shabby and maybe could have been with a pink face'd version to go with the black face version in a set. The goose...yeah I give it a pass because it is kind of cute and it lays eggs IRL, but all it really is is a goose that is nipping at the clothes. I only know of those three items out of the four, so I can't give a 4th opinion, but all this really is is my opinion. I can't speak for all of Menewsha and it's not like the Admin wanted my opinion and was going to use it to make a difference. I guess I just needed to vent? xD

Any event from Menewsha staff right now is a surprise for me.

A surprise? How so? Maybe I've just been gone for too long. When was the last event they held?
By the way I do like that we can hold the actual eggs. Maybe if I just never break them open! xD

@Demo - lol The green bunny is a bunnyfish. It's a creature of Menewsha that they made a long time ago. This event was just an excuse to release it. But I do agree that it does not suit Easter at all. Even if it is a bunny. XD For some reason, sheep are related to Easter, but I'm not sure why. I believe Menewsha released a lamb item in the second Easter event.

I suppose I'm just glad that they released event items at all, since they didn't release any for valentines. This year has been quite disappointing so far, though...

Ahh I missed Valentines, so I didn't even know what everyone else missed out on. You're right, at least they DID release stuff. I shouldn't be so ungrateful. Even though I still have my thoughts on the EIs, I will try to appreciate the effort of the staff more.

They've made mentioned a few times that they are low on funds and scrambling to keep up with demand.

I've been alright - crazy busy with school and such - but luckily the semester is almost over! :D
But then I have summer classes :gonk:
My major is designed to take up a full 4 years at the college I'm at, and I'm planning a double minor, so that's going to take me another couple of years to complete - so I'm taking summer classes to try and make it so I don't graduate in like, 7 years XD;

A friend of mine has been searching for months for a new job because he hates delivering newspapers, and out of the blue he finally got a call back after being told he missed the interview slots!
And as long as he completes the drug test (which isn't a problem because he doesn't do drugs) then he's hired :3
So never count out people who say that they've already filled the slots etc!
You never know what might happen!

Nah things will get better. It's just going by slowly.

I will keep that in mind when I go out for job searching again. :D
