And want some feedback on him. It took me about an hour and I used a regular pencil. And goodness, his claws gave me quite a bit of trouble.

Before I say anything, I'd look at this here tutorial. It's a fabulous tutorial on how to do dragons in general, and I'm sure you'd find it useful.

I would probably have the dragon's wings coming more out of it's shoulder blades as opposed to it's spine. Another thing that's useful to look at is the anatomy of horses; they're rather similar. I don't draw dragons frequently, so I can't give you a very good feedback. ^^; I hope that helped though.

I like it, I think it's better than any dragon I could draw!

hmmm thats an intresting looking dragon!

I was basing the dragon off of a dragon picture I had in a book. I used it and changed it a little.

I know a tail would never be like that when it was flying, but I wanted to Draw its tail.

The scales are interesting... and like Mokibus said, the wings are coming out of the wrong place. I think moving it up would fix it. I've never drawn a dragon before, so I wouldn't really know.

*spits out green tea* Thats an awsome dragon, can I have it as a pet? xD

That looks great to me ^.^ I like its scales too, kinda makes it look like.. a leopard.
