Yeah.

I sleep in the living room so i have to be super quiet cause my dad's room is right near the kitchen.

That's what i plan to do but its hard to practice when you aren't entirely sure how to shade clothes o___o

Have Mirellala tried finding speed paint videos? Where they shade clothes?

Those don't really help me.
They actually confuse the hell out of me.

I know how folds and wrinkles work and such, i just suck when it comes to shading, highlighting etc.
I know you have to pick a light source and such.

but it is just the technique of shading.
Like not doing pillow shading.
so all I end up doing is dithering too much.

I have sample of my work in my art shop in my signature if you want to see.

Maybe you just don't do the dithering.
and the little dollie you had in your artshop, it is small.
Most probably do not need dithering.

Except pillow shading but that is bad.

Dither is dither. Pillow shading is pillow shading, those two are different categories.
Dither is a method how the color blend. It is about how the two colors merge. Either soft or hard line contrast.
Pillow shading is how you depict the light land. It is about where the light shine on you, light direction.
It is two different thing.

Menewsha's shading don't use a lot of dither. by the way, what kind of shading you want to achieve?
the soft and smooth ones? or the hard contrast one, like the pixel game characters in 90s arcades.
