Just finished book 7 and 8 of the year! P.S. I Still Love You and 3 Willows. They were both pretty good! I'm wondering what to read next...

I can make a few suggestions, depending on your interest in sci-fi and fantasy....

Yeah, the movie was waaayy off of the book for Eragon. And then they had the bright idea to not continue the series, after ending the first movie on a cliffhanger.

On to book number 14! I’m starting Artemis by Andy Weir, the guy who wrote The Martian which is also a great book if you get a chance to read it.

The Martian...one book where I actually thought the movie was better. 😬 much to my husbands dismay.

So I just finished Artemis by Andy Weird. I almost NEVER give a book 5 stars but this one gets all of the stars from me!!!

I read Artemis last year. Great book.

I've currently got three books on the go:

Martin Popoff: Queen - Album by Album

George R R Martin - Fire and Blood

Hiro Arikawa: The Travelling Cat Chronicles

I'm curious too ^^.
Also, I misread the author's name of that one as "Hiromu Arakawa" at first X'D.

And my first one star book. Definitely not a fan of “This Census Taker”. >_<

I recently finished The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina volume 1 (awesome) and another interesting book called Chopsticks.

Chopsticks was made entirely of photographs telling a story...It was interesting to read but the ending was disappointing.

Is the Sabrina book based on the new Netflix show?

I'm not huge into gore but for some reason I've been on a zombie book streak lately so maybe I could handle it, lol!

I've been reading the Hardy boy mysteries. It's rather relaxing. I don't want to read anything complicated right now xD

I get like that sometimes. I read random Nancy Drew books. I even have some Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys crossover books. They are fun to read.

I also read romance when I'm feeling burned out.

I just finished reading "The Bone Houses" by Emily Lloyd-Jones. I read an advance copy and it doesn't come out until September, and I'm so mad, because I loved it and I want everyone to read it right now!

Its a zombie novel that takes place in ancient Wales and its all tied up in fae folklore. The main characters are a gravedigger trying to save her family home, and a map maker trying to figure out who his family is, and also a goat who follows them around. It had so many wonderful little details in it that I loved, and the story and characters were great, and augh! It was so good!

This is by far the best self-help book I've ever read.
