i mix in some squash puree, worchestshire sacuses, some spices. ketchup. (gives it a nice tang) sometime i top it with bacon.

Mmm squash. Don't need to hide it in anything with me .

I don't like vegetables. So I puree and include it so I will eat it. XD

Another thing that's involving hiding veggies is shredding up carrots and potatoes and putting them in burgers. Sooo yummy
