We had a neighbor guy who worked as a nurse at a busy hospital...
He admitted that in order to deal with his job, he had to turn all his emotions off...
The loss of certain patients had hurt him and he just turned into a robot...going through the motions to get through the day...
Unfortunately, he forgot to leave work at work and was a pretty unfeeling a-hole during off hours, too!

I neglect mine a lot.
Someday I will maybe fix it up & get everything organized again.

I was determined...in the beginning
but I rarely bought myself anything
I mostly just do event commons

You should buy more for yourself.
At least keep a set of each event rare for yourself.

I forget I didn't purchase them for myself
I think I did pretty okay this event
I did start shopping for myself early
then I procrastinated as per usual

I have got to get better about shopping early. I always seem to be in the shop buying stuff when the events end.
At the moment I have a mess & still not sure what I was able to get.

I'm still working on that. It's a painful and slow process but I'm working on it. My issue though is that people get so aggressive about it that it hurts my progress, and causes me to revert back to no gifts at all. Even the ones from NPCs make me uncomfortable.
