I'm trying to eat healthier so I'm telling my mom to not buy junk anymore lol. It's not working....

I don't wanna go to work! I hate having two days off in a row because I never wanna go back..

I tried to cut junk out once, but it was a miserable failure. Instead, I worked on my self control. I allowed myself to have snacks and sweets, but only so much of them. Now I'm satisfied eating a small handful of chips instead of half the bag lol

Hmm..that's a really good idea! I think I might try that!

I started by eating a cup full of potato chips and giving the bag to someone so I couldn't go back for more. It was difficult at first, then I got used to it :)

I'm gonna have to try that! My main thing is late night snacking...I'm not really hungry but something sounds good and I eat it anyway. My tummy doesn't tell me when it's full. So I just keep eating.
