Daisy couldn't help but giggle when Rachel brung up how she burned down the gymnasium. "Wow, That is so cool. Haha." Daisy felt a bit better and was more at ease. She decided to bring up something she had done a while back. "Well one time I made something we were dissecting explode. I have no idea how I did it though." She questioned it like she has done in the past. Rachel seemed a bit more... human... no, more normal.

Daisy nodded at everyone she met. She was a bit on edge, but she enjoyed meeting them. She hugged Sophie happily after she told Jeff that she didn't mind. They all seemed nice and she liked that. "It is nice to meet you all!" She bowed and smiled, a glint in her eye. "I hope we can become well acquainted in due time." Daisy found Jeff adorable. He was a gentleman. Sophie was very bubbly and pleasant. Nick seemed cool too eventhough he didn't say much.
Daisy turned to Rachel and smiled. "Thank you so much for showing me around."

Rachel knodded, glad to have been of assistance. She made her way to one of the seats and sat down, letting the others surround Daisy. She looked on satisfied that Daisy had friends. She looked over at Charlie and he smiled at her. She knew he was amused by her again. He thought her attitude and outward personality was refined but a rub on the fun in life. He pulled out a camera for Daisy and quickly checked it over.

Sophie squeeled and gave Daisy another hug. "We simply must be partners. The boys always team up to take pictures and Rachel does her own thing. Charlie is the club leader so he never pairs up with one person. Please, please, please work with me!" She held Daisy's hands and looked at her face in a cute imploring way. Jeff shook his head ruefully, a pleasant smile lighting his features. He was glad Daisy had found another friend besides the boys and Rachel. The boys were, well, boys. And Rachel was Rachel. Though he had a sneaking suspicion Rachel wanted to be friends too. Which is why despite her perfect and calm exterior he worked so hard to hang out with her from time to time.

Daisy thought for a second while the fairy jumped up and down. Sophie as just to nice. She glanced over at Jeff and smiled at Rachel. "Can we work in groups of three or no?" This was just a question thrown loosely into the air directed at no one in particular. She probably expected Charlie to answer. "Most likely." She thought. Daisy wanted to work with Sophie but Rachel seemed alone at the moment and she wondered if she felt left out. The boys seemed fine with eachother so she wouldn't pester one of them to be her partner. It would be awesome to have Sophie and Rachel as partners.

Daisy was kind of taken aback by all of this and thought about her best friend Josie. Josie was a mix breed but she wanted nothing to do with a school like this. Daisy really wanted to find out what she could be and wondered if anyone here might have a hunch. "I hope no one asks what I am!" She wondered how she would respond.

Being new wasn't so bad after all.

Charlie walked over and handed her the new camera. "This beauty is yours. If you want to work in groups of 3, I see no reason why not." He turned and looked over everyone there. "Listen up, the newspaper club has asked us to get some photos for them. Our mission, which I chose to accept, is to get pictures of some of the clubs." He paused and sighed dramatically, "Before you complain that there are too many clubs, let me point out we need only get some of the more popular ones. So whichever suits you works fine. Just bring back the cameras for safe keeping before supper. Any questions?"

Jeff jumped up excitedly, took a calming breath and said, Nick and I will go take care of the swimming and modeling clubs." Nick raised an eyebrow, "And the literary club." Jeff shrugged and knodded, "And the literary club." Nick stood up and grabbed his camera bag and went to stand by the door. Jeff rolled his eyes and teleported over beside him.

Charlie held up a hand, "Wait. One more thing... while having fun, respect those you are photographing."

After Charlie answered her question she turned to Rachel. "Want to work with us?" Daisy smiled and tried to pout at the same time just in case she refused. Daisy was thinking that they could go get photos from the art club or something. She wasn't familiar with the clubs around here so she would need someone to show her around.

Daisy couldn't help but giggle at Jeff and Nick. They were so interesting and well... boys. Boys can be amusing most of the time. Daisy was never really interested in dating because no one ever seemed to like her. She was so surprised at how many people she had even met today, let alone talked to. It was so new to her and she was so happy that Rachel helped her so far. It was only her first few hours but it didn't feel that way. As cliche as it sounds, that is how it felt for her.

She checked out her camera and learned how to use it in the span of five minutes or less. She loved photography and couldn't wait to get started.

Jeff and Nick waved Charlie off and took off out the door. Charlie turned to the girls. "Well Sophie, Daisy, Rachel... any plans?" Sophie bounced up and down with a grin on her face while Rachel smoothly replied, Daisy invited me to join her and Sophie. Sophie would tear up if we didn't check out the drama club. Daisy might be interested in the archery club. She signed up her afternoons in weapons training. So those are two places we most likely will go.... how about you?" Charlie grinned, "Me? I think I will check out the human interaction club. Learning to get along with humans is an important aspect of this school. Even if fights break out over the simplest things. You three have fun." He grabbed his camera and tripod before trotting out the door. Rachel followed him with her eyes, then turned to the young girls beside her. "Are you ready?" she asked calmly with the grace of a hostess.

Daisy eyed Rachel after Charlie had left. She had a weird aura at the moment. Daisy just shrugged it off. Maybe it wasn't Rachel. Maybe it was just her imagination going crazy. Sophie seemed a bit to cheery but she didn't mind it one bit. It was nice to have a good energy around. "I am." Daisy softly answered Rachel and nodded. "Where can I find the archery club?" Daisy couldn't wait to get started. "After the archery club are there any other clubs that we need to get pictures for?" She had the urge to smile but she hesitated. She didn't want to look weaker than people already thought she was.

Daisy was pretty short and people often thought she was weak. They were wrong and were faced with her temper. Daisy hated seeming weak. It was a drag to her. She really needed to keep it under control here. She must have thought about that for the millionth time today as she waited for Rachel and Sophie.

Sophie grabbed Daisy's arm to drag her out the door while screaming, "Archery pals! Look out! We are armed and dangerous!" Rachel calmly followed with all the grace of a deer in the morning mist. "We can't spend too long there. We need to check out the drama club as well." She thought about the archery field. It had a great setting for snapping pictures. Also the guys in archery were not too bad looking. They tended to be centaurs and ghouls as some of the other races weren't able to even use a bow properly when not in human form. She fondly thought of Jeff and Nick and hoped they wouldn't get into trouble being near the swimming and model clubs without a female escort. The mermaids and sirens there tended to be over zealous in their love of me. The modeling club was just as dangerous as there were quite a few succubus there. They were used to watching out for such monsters... but in the end they were male. She felt slightly amused at that. Not just male, but teenage males. Oh they were doomed for sure.

Daisy felt her being pulled and almost toppled over. Damn her clumsiness. She didn't say much as she sighed. "How 'bout we all split up here, it can save time." That is one thing the photography club at her old school did and they did a pretty good job with time management. "That way we can get more done is a short amount of time. Just point me in the right direction and I can easily find it and afterwards we should meet somewhere." She noticed Rachel in thought and tried to decipher her thoughts.
"Grrr I wanna know what she is thinking about." She silently thought to herself. Daisy stretched her lithe body and mewled softly. Not knowing much about the school was driving her up the walls like a cat being sprayed by water. Daisy giggled at the thought. "Due time Daisy, Due time." One of the things her dad used to say came into mind and she smiled. In the end she didn't care that her dad was in the mafia, she was just happy that he was who he was, and who he was was a very amazing guy. Oh, if he were there now he would be so happy for her. He always wanted her to go to a school like this but Daisy always protested, but here she was now. Daisy looked at the girls before her and thought about the people she has met so far. "I should have listened to you dad." She sighed half heartily and plastered on a fake smile. She knew Rachel would probably be able to tell she was flustered in a way. She noticed that Rachel had noticed that she was uncomfortable earlier.

Rachel shook her head in a serene way, speaking in a soft but encouraging voice. "We should just split the time we have left in half. Half at archery and half at the drama center. Charlie will take care of getting the pics to the newspaper club for us this time." She looked at the two of them. Daisy seemed so uncertain and a bit down. Sophie was bouncy and as usual, oblivious to what was going on around her. Attempting to be more of a friend, she took each of their arms in hers and walked with the down the hall. Might as well head outside and to the fields. "Let's go have some fun ladies."

"Sure." She stretched again before Rachel hooked her arms with Sophie and her. She instantly lightened up and smiled. "Sure, lets go have fun." Daisy was secretly at war with her emotions but she decided to throw it all away at the moment. "So can you describe to me who is in the archery club?" She didn't really have much to say as they walked together. Maybe they were ghouls or elves since they can keep a pretty good form. "Hmn I wonder... Her imagination wandered to random places and random scenes.

Rachel felt some amusement at her excitement. Before she could reply though, Sophie beat her to the punch line. "Oh really gorgeous guys. There are centaurs with rippling muscles across their chests. They don't wear shirts." She sighed in happiness. Rachel shook her head and added, "There are also some ghouls as well. You won't find werewolves because, well, unless they are in human form they can't hold a bow. There are not any vampires because it just isn't their cup of tea. There are not any zombies because it is too hard for them. So centaurs and ghouls are the two major groups. There are a few other races there as well. They are less known because they don't take part in archery competitions that the school allows the club to go to. They are in the club for reasons of their own." She walked down the path towards the field. They were approaching a lovely place with targets set up and there were club members out practicing. She calmly suggested, "They like to show off. Pick who you want to capture now before they see you. They are manly men and will try to get your attention through flirtations or posing or just being darn good at archery."

Daisy giggled at Rachel. "Wow that is pretty interesting. Guys are guys no matter where you go I guess." Daisy was amused. "Do you like any specific guys?" This was directed at Sophie and Rachel. It was just something she needed to know just in case she started to like someone. "Do people around here accept all sexual orientations?" Daisy was worried about that since she was in fact pansexual. She hated telling people since they often started treating her differently afterward. She had alot of questions. She hoped she wasn't being annoying by asking them.
Daisy realized Rachel had said something about zombies. "There are zombies here." She made a face and smiled. "That is awesome"

Rachel raised an eyebrow at the stream of questions coming out of Daisy's mouth. Sophie didn't miss a beat and jumped in eagerly, I really, really like this elf. He is amazing. And he is the lead in the latest play the drama club is doing." She sighed dreamily and let her eyes get that far off gaze.

Rachel stepped in to supply the rest of the answers, "Since bubbly girl floated too high above the clouds, allow me. Monsters and races of every kind are here. Except for maybe pure humans. They like to either pretend we don't exist or get themselves into trouble. And yes, every sexual orientation is here. The mermaids and succubus go after mens souls. How do you think they have long term relationships?" She flashed Daisy a rare grin and approached the archery field.

Letting go of their arms, she became all business and pulled out her camera. The guys saw them approaching and were already either dishing out good-natured comments or flexing muscles as they took aim at their targets. She knodded graciously to the comments and returned diplomatic, calm answers. As for those posing beautifully, she started snapping pictures. Getting close ups of faces and backing off to include the upper body and backing off more to include the targets as a blurry background, she set in to work.

((I love your current avatar!))

Daisy eyed Sophie and pushed away the urge to laugh. Then Rachel spoke up and Daisy turned her attention to her. As they approached the archery field they were showered in compliments. Daisy wasn't used to it but she noticed Rachel went all business like. Daisy shrugged and pulled out her camera. She snapped a couple shots of the people posing. Man did they show off. Backing up a little she got a couple shots of the targets and the archers shooting them. All was going good until she tripped. "Ow..." She mumbled as she got back up. Daisy was glad that she held the camera up as she fell. Daisy was pretty clumsy so she knew what to do if she fell.

(ooc - why thank you ^_^... figured I would go for something different, though morbid and battered wasn't what I originally had in mind.)

Rachel heard Daisy fall and swung around worried about her. Instantly gentleman were there by her side, posing all the while, asking if she was okay and offering to sweet her off her feet in marriage. She almost groaned but saw the blush creeping across Daisy's face. If she hadn't known better, she would have thought the whole thing had been staged. It was not only picture perfect but could have been part of a drama. She snapped one picture and then raced over to clear the men away before Daisy found herself engaged, married, and on her way to her honeymoon.

((It was very nice. Sorry for not posting >.<. I have been traveling this past weekend.))

Daisy was blushing by the time Rachel had made her way over to help her. These guys were outrageous. Thank goodness she wasn't into all of this attention or she would've passed out from all of the marriage offerings. This was crazy and she just sat there. After Rachel had shooed the guys away she got up slowly. "T-thanks alot Rachel." Daisy smiled a small smile, blush still on her cheeks. She waved to the guys. "Thank you for worrying about me. I appreciate it but I am sorry to say that I cannot accept your proposals." Daisy turned to Rachel, dusting some dirt off of her backside. "So do we have enough shots here?"

Rachel let a laugh escape her usually calm demeanor and winked at the bedazzled girl. "Oh yes. I have one picture I think you might particularly like. I'll leave a note with Charlie that it is a personal picture or it might end up on the front page. Come on." She turned and yelled to Sophia, who came bounding with a wide grin on her face. Rachel raised an eyebrow, "Let me guess, the lead actor of the drama club outranks these studs." Sophie heard, but didn't reply as she was already racing ahead of them. Rachel shook her head and took Daisy's hand in her own before racing after Sophia.

"Why would you leave a note. If it is that good wouldn't you want it on the cover?" Daisy giggled, not knowing that said picture was probably her. She looked around for a second and flinched when Rachel called Sophia over.
Daisy giggled when Sophia bounded toward the building so she could go see the guy she wanted. She thought is was pretty cute. "So what kind of monsters are in the drama club?" Daisy wondered a bit as she mewled. She didn't notice that she mewled and was surprised when Rachel held her hand. Smiling, she walked with Rachel. "Lead the way princess." Daisy laughed and waited for Rachel's response.

The drama club was such a mixture that it was hard to pin a specific monster group to them. She mulled over that a moment before responding. "They are more a social group than a race. Some outcasts, some jerks, some talented and smart, some who don't mind not being the most popular or the best. And there are one or two divas who want the limelight. Really though it is a relaxed club." She led her up to a large building that was both grand and ominous. As they walked through the double wide doors into a dark, dim lobby they could hear Daisy squeeling in glee somewhere ahead. There weren't really any lights on and the corridors leading in different directions were dark. Rachel confidently headed down one of the main hallways towards doors that had a soft glow coming from underneath. It was obvious the place wasn't used much as dustballs, cobwebs, and stale air filled the place.

Daisy waited as Rachel thought about how to respond. When she finally did, Daisy nodded to show that she was listening. "That is pretty cool. I mean, I am not much of an actor though I did have some drama classes before." Daisy followed Rachel to the large building. Hearing Sophie squeeling put a smile on her face. Looking around, she noticed cobwebs. she was deathly afraid of spiders and she hoped she wouldn't encounter one.

Rachel reached the doors and opened them. They were in the back of an auditorium. This room seemed to be the only one that was kept up in the building. Up front the stage lights were on and people were either working on the backdrops, sound or light equipment, or rehearsing in groups. Unlike the pompous men at the archery field, this place posted more down to earth men and women. Granted, some of them were rather terrifying monsters. However they all joined together with a love of the Fine Arts. Pointing out Sophia down near the stage, she softly said, "There is our starry-eyed friend. Taking pictures of Mr. Wonderful. Your drama classes will be a benefit to you here. You will know what would be good representing pictures to take that won't be coming from Sophia's camera." She let go of Daisy's hand and pulled around her bag to pull out her camera.

Daisy eyes her surroundings. She didn't find any of the monsters terrifying but rather endearing given their attitude. Daisy knew it would be different than the guys from the archery club and she sighed in relief. Seeing Sophie, she let out a small giggle. "She is so adorable." Daisy muttered. Daisy slowly took out her camera and took some shots of the people in groups. She was trying to be unnoticed since that gets you the best pictures. It was so annoying when they posed... Backing up, she walked into a spider web. Daisy tried not to freak out as she took a few more shots. She started to wipe off the spider web in the corner so no one would see her. Daisy was so embarrassed since she looked ridiculous. Muffling her little freak out with her shirt she finally got the web off. "Whew, that was close..."

Rachel looked over and slightly plucked a spider off and away with a flick of a wrist. She didn't like the things herself, but there were other things to be more worried over. "Let's slip around back stage," she suggested with a grin. Covering for the girl so she wouldn't be embarrassed had been surprisingly fun. It made her feel happier inside. She led the way along the wall down towards the front and through a side door. It opened to behind the scenes and to a bustle of activity where preoccupied people worked quickly and efficiently.

Daisy silently pulled herself together. She had to look mature and composed. Daisy felt sick and itchy because of the spider. "There had to be more!" She thought as she followed Rachel through the side door and looked inside. She was surprised to see more people working behind the scenes. "So what do these people do? They help with lights and setting up?" She felt stupid for asking since that was obviously what they were doing.
