i know i feel like a bad grandchild and great grandchild but the only thing any of us can do is do our best and i bet your grandfather called you those things cause they were his nicknames for you :) it just proved that he loved you a lot and at least your great grandma passed away on a day that god thought would be best considering he would have wanted you to celebrate rather then mourn her loss since she lived a long life

Actually, the story behind how I got those nicknames is rather funny and slightly embarrassing......

It seems doctors or nurses back when my mom was preg with her kids, they were very confused. My brothers each were supposed to be girls, but they weren't...I the middle child, was thought to be a boy while still in the womb, thus great grandpa called me polliwag. 9 months later I pop out as a girl instead and he still left the nickname.
