So I tried my fudge today. Oh my god, this is dangerous. *stares at half empty container* It does need to be kept at least in 60* or below temps otherwise it's too soft to cut out of the pan.
Creamy pesto chicken with roasted tomatoes - My first time working with pesto! I did a mixture of fresh spinach and dried basil to make it. Used just regular ol sliced bread in a food processor for the bread crumbs. Forgot that the Parmesan needed to be in the pesto so I ended up just spinkling some on top of the breaded chicken. Turned out good!
There's still some Easter ones I need to get up there.
