"So what did you do before this event's occurance?" he asked her trying to start a conversation. They would be driving until they found a good place to rest and would need something to pass the time.

Adrea continued to look out the window when he asked her the question then said "I was a Doctor" she looked over at him then said "What about you?"

"I was a musician. A protajay guitarist. It was fun touring. Do you have any unforgetable moments about your job?" he said. He wanted to get to know who he was traveling with a little bit.

Adrea laughed slightly and his question then said "Looking into a persons' body isn't very forgetable", she looked back out the window again then said "Though I did kill a guy once and trust me that will never leave me." She then asked "What about you? You must have some stories about your travels."

"Yeah, a lot of times I was so stupid it wasn't funny, got drunk, took a girl home, one time I woke to a guy instead, that shows you what alcohol does to you." he said. "That morning will never leave me. I also had to bring someone to the hospital that had like both arms hanging on by only threads of skin, it was gross, and very unforgettable, I was happy to find that I got them to help in time though." he said. "I've been many different places, my band started out of California, and we got more famous from there, we were all friends, and we wanted to do something with out lives, we were high school drop outs and couldn't do much else. So we started our own band. But the drummer and bassist to the band is dead I had to kill them after they were biten, the singer got smart and ran for the woods, no zombies are there, he's up in the mountians now."

Adrea smiled as she listened to his story she had seen enough druncks come threw the hospital and then the thought about what he said abotu the guy with his arms barley hanging out. She hadn't seen anything like that before and she knew that it was gross to some people but it wouldn't really bother her. Hearing what he normally did she laughed a little then said "Living the high life by the sounds of it." She looked over at him then said "Drop out really? Well at least you got to travel becasue of it." She looked back out the window and watched the things go by.

"I guess so, we did get profit from our tours, yeah, I was into some nasty drugs during high school my freshman year, and I made a bad choice and dropped out. But we did make a good living and we did get to travel." he said. "Who about you, did you go through school knowing you'd be a doctor?" he asked.

Adrea smiled then said "Not at first, but after skipping a few grades and realizing that I could stand blood" she paused then continued "Thats when I decided I wanted to become a doctor, but I guess I never really had as much fun as you did." She smiled then looked out the window agian.

"Being in a band isn;t all about fun, it was a pain in the ass to find a record company that would sponser us and make our cd's, then finding the money to get the instruments and things we needed. And we had to book ourselves into concerts, that was hard, but playing in the band was worth it. And it is fun playing the guitar." he said.

Adrea laughed a little then said "It would still be fun, I mean you got to hang out with your friends and play music", she looked at him and smiled saying "It;s better to focus on the positive things really."

"Yeah, you have to treassure the small thing, and never let the bad things hold you down, just keep going." he said.

Adrea smiled then looked out the window again not really know what else to say.

"I'm glad that I met you, your a nice person and good company." he said.

Adrea smiled then said "Thanks your nice too." She knew that they would be driving for most of the day so it would start to get boring sooner or later.

"What do you like to do for fun?" he asked her. He didn't like it when it was quiet.

Adrea smiled at his question then said "Most people don't find it fun but I read medical books to keep up with everything" she looked over at him then said "There wasn't anything else I could really do. How about you?"

"I wrote songs and did some weight lifting which helping with using my guitar like i do, and I did read adventure books." he said. "And me and my friends hung out too, and practiced."

Adrea smiled then said "That sounds pretty cool."

"Yeah, it was," he said. "I kind of miss those days, not a worry but how we'll do our next gig, and how our guitars and drum set look, that's why i wipe my guitar off when possible, i don't want it to get blood stained too much, I still play it now and then." he said.

Adrea smiled then said "Alright then," and looked out the window again.

"We'll get some of that back." he said and drove on, he couldn't think of anything else to say so he turned on the radio and it was one of his band's songs on. He listened to it in silence as he drove following the road.

Adrea listened to the song she normally didn't listen to a lot of music, she song was alright and she closed her eyes and just listened to it.

When Cali found an abandoned tent he stopped and just shut the car off. It had gotten late and they could sleep in the car, they wouldn't be loud so as to not attract attetion of zombies and they'd be safer there. Cali lounged his car all the way and closed his eyes.

When the car stopped Adrea opened her eyes and then looked over at Cali seeing as he was laying back she locked the doors then leand against the seat and closed her eyes as well.
