I've never had any problems with any staff member, but it's always nice to have a reason to whack staff members (just in case, you know!).

Mel, you've got no pillow left, congrats!

Yeah - the numbers of team members should be roughly the same, though Black Skull Team definitely had the most people sign up to be on the team. However, how many of those people are active is a different story.

I have seen a really interesting divide in personality types amongst those who choose the different teams this event and last. There are always exceptions, but it seems there is a "team culture" that develops pre-event so most of the people on that team think similarly about the event.

For example, during the Winter Event, Team Evergreen was largely made up of laid-back members. They worked hard at donating/shoveling snow, no doubt, but they weren't competitive.

Team Winter Blue had a lot of competitive members and they performed admirably, but they did not socialize the way team Evergreen did.

Teams Star Yellow and Holly Red were much less social - Yellow in particular. But their donation habits were opposites of each other.

I've seen a similar sort of "culture" develop this event too, of which team took things very seriously/competitively and which were more laid-back.
