In whatever video game, from any system, what was your last death?

I was slicing up Snake, when suddenly a bo-omb came out of nowhere, right in between us, and I hit it, sending me flying to the sky and leaving Snake with minor burns. (SSBB, I was Pit :P)

I made the fatal (and accidental) mistake of charging two krogans at once :oops: Mass Effect Two, on Pragia

Eddie and his Razor Girls took me out as I was defending one of my Merch Boots while playing as Ophelia in Brutal Legend.

I think I either (a) fell off of a building or (b) was shot to death while screaming and giggling hysterically O_O

I was mining in a cave and not paying attention and was killed by three of the weakest monster in the game. Leaches.

I was the joke of the day with the guys I was with. :x

@Aoi Kazuya Its just Mortal Kombat Deception and which level where you in? the only one i can think of is the pit

I tried to escape a battle, but the stupid glove-like monsters attacked me with Mabufula, killing me, Junpei, and Akihiko in Persona 3 on the PS2.

I forgot I had toggled God Mode off, and killed myself from jumping around on the landscape in Oblivion. >_> (it wasn't even off a cliff or very high or anything! I was jumping, and then my character went 'oof', and died. DDDD:)

I... was undoubtedly soloing a mob of Killibriss, Polished Cracklers, Mufafahs, Kidos, and/or Polished Crackrocks in the mighty Grass Plains on Otomai Island... When a Level 90 Killibriss is in a group of Level ~200-ish, the spell they cast that skips your turn for a number of turns can turn... deadly. :insane: Ah, the beauty of turn-based games!

Uh. I got pimp slapped by a big angry bear. Twice. I got him the third time though. Thank god he wasn't quite smart/agile enough to get around the tree. Heh. I love being able to revive right on the spot in mabinogi. Even though now I have -36% exp.

I was playing GTAIV and I wanted to see what it would look like if I jumped off a roof. So I did.

It was amusing.

My poor Skiploom died after being hit with Croconaw's Ice Fang. :cry:
