Yeah. It is getting steadily more brutal with every episode. Its a good show, but sometimes hard to stomach.

Edit: @white2fire: I'm working my way through the first book now. They're so long though, it would take forever to read them all first, haha.

Yeah. I like action and fantasy and all, but I like happy endings too and there are just no happy endings in Game of Thrones. Everybody's sad and awful things happen to them x_X

It would actually take me fast to read the books than watch the show.
I find more time to read than watch TV or movies oddly enough.

I haven't read the books, but from what I understand, they're rather thick.

I didn't even finish that trilogy when Lord of the Rings came out. I read the first two, but didn't finish Return of the King. Oops!

This one is shorter, but I haven't finished it yet because I bought a Nook and put the book on it....and then I never use the Nook! Silly me, wasting money x_x

@Wifey - I'm usually on the computer reading. I rarely separate myself from it. I bought the Nook so I could have something to read while separated from internet connections, but I haven't really gone anywhere lately, so I haven't pulled it out to read. *shrugs*

*bounces* Wifey Wifey Wifey! I got my mixer! The last one on sale at Sears for $200! It's silver, which is good, because I didn't want the white one. I really wanted the Raspberry Ice color, but that was $400 :( But they all do the same things, so yay! I might also qualify for a free pasta attachment too.

But I can't just open the box and use it because work called and was all "WE ARE DESPERATE! COME IN OR WE DIIIIIIIIE!!!!!" So even though I really really really DO NOT want to go in, I agreed to go help for three hours. But by the time I get home, it will be too late to use it ;_;

*snuggles* I know. It's only three hours, but it's three hours that completely cockblock any attempts to make cookies at a reasonable hour. Granted, if my grandfather's still up, I might be able to make them late, but I want to play with it nooooooow *whines*
