To me, this is an adorable-yet-wearable outfit that really stands out from the crowd. It looks like something that a teen girl could actually throw on in the morning and wear to school. And doesn't she look happy? I can just imagine this stylish girl meticulously planning out her clothes for the day and saying "Negative 3 degrees? Pfft, that's skirt weather!" She's so determined to look sweet that she'll happily brave the snow no matter how frozen her fingers get.

Especially with all the winter outfits right now, I love seeing the little pops of red. That's a great combination! It definitely made me do a double take when I first say this avie.

I was having a really hard time choosing a winner tonight because there are so many great avatars out there right now, but I keep coming back to this avatar. It's such an eye-pleaser! The colors are quite lovely and it's been put together with a lot of delicacy ~ she has quite a few items equipped, but it doesn't feel "heavy" and the black accents are only in the finest lines. Since she's left the background empty, there's nothing to detract from the avatar itself and we can really appreciate the nice layering job she's done here. Super pretty. :3
