We're SO sorry to keep you guys waiting like this. But real life issues have reared their ugly heads I'm afraid :(

Firstly: Switching from just one of each CI to multiples of each has been a tough transition for the pixelist who produces the CIs. With their workload suddenly increasing by 700% or more. All our staff are busy, so it's taking a lot of adjusting for us to find a system to get the greater amount of items completed on time.

Secondly: Pax is also in the middle of moving house, and right now is on the road with no internet connection at all. So life and the phone companies are trully kicking us in the butt here :sweat:

All we can do is offer our profuse apologies right now, and ask you to remain patient while we fight through the barriers that are being thrown in our way. The CIs will hopefully be released sometime tomorrow (fate and phone company willing) In the meantime, September's will remain available.

Again, we're really sorry about this and are taking steps to make sure that it doesn't happen again.

There's not really much to tell, but I don't want you guys to think we've forgotten about the situation or anything.

As of now there's been no word from Pax at all and we have no clue what's going on. Consequently we're setting the other pixelists to work on making the final items to complete this month's CIs themselves.
We honestly don't know how successful this will be, because as we've previously mentioned in this thread, it's very difficult for anyone to mimic someone else's style, so one set could end up not gelling very well, but I don't see what other option we have at this point ._.

So please bear with us for a while longer, we're doing the best we can to fix this messy situation :hug:

It is ok, we still will wait for the next CIs! good luck all you pixelists! And I give my hope that things will go smoothly for all of you later.

Yes, we'll run them over into November to make up for their late release :)

Unfortunatly I bet a couple of people still are grumpy to the staff, I know that my staff friends hear it on a regular basis. It also messes up exchange just a small bit, but that is always duable, and all it does is set it back a few days.

September's also ran late for the exact same reason: multi-equip. :B

If people are upset, then we'll deal with it, the same way we deal with people being upset over anything else that is beyond our control. ^^;

I wish this announcement would have come out yesterday, instead of the pirate one, though.

I'm not annoyed by the fact that RL issues got in the way; I'm annoyed that we were told it would be a 'few hours', and then over 24 hours later got another update saying they wouldn't be here until tomorrow.

I love you all, and I really don't mean to sound rude.
It's just one of my peeves.

Well, we are going somewhere with the pirates, y'know... Gotta fit in storyline stuff somehow. :B

And it was intended to only be a few hours. We weren't trying to trick or placate anyone with shiny objects and pats on the head. Honest.
