Attack points are how many times you can hit someone. They will replenish with time. But you've hit the max number of people that you can so far, and now must wait to hit more. xD

Every 30 minutes your attack points will replenish. I think you start with 10? 15? something like that, as you attack people they decrease until you have none and can't attack until the 30 minutes is up and you get them back.

Nevermind I found it, I think once you run out you have to wait half an hour to get them back.
