I think it's a good idea putting them in the shop. The only thing though is that some people got their starting profession's items for free. Not to be a stickler or anything but I think there should still be some way of getting those for free if at all possible.

It sounds very fair to me, and thank you for all the hard work you've put in trying to get this issue worked out.

As long as they aren't cheap with the tickets.
I mean, they have to cost the same as they do from the HQ we build to get the rares. It'd be kind of ironic that we'd get them cheaper through the store if you do plan putting them there for us to trade in the Gears/Flowers/Spanners that we aren't able to donate.

That and having them cost more isn't that odd. Rares tend to be pricey anyway. The marketplace (Exchange) is supposed to be where you can get them cheaper.--So, no, that doesn't bother me as long as it isn't like :headdesk: about working so hard to get the event currency to build the rares and then cheaper in the Event Store.

Since fixing donations is no longer an option due to time, I think putting them in the shop for about 2 credits is probably the best idea. Thank you so much for your hard work on the event, and it is understandable that heavy traffic will cause event issues. Thank you also for letting us know what's going on!

i think the idea is great, the credit price seems fair as it takes what 12 of what eva to get one of the items- which works out to be
about 2 credits anways- if you think about it each spanner/flower and gear we use gives us .25 of a seed (not during power hour) so therefor it should cost us about 1.5 credits (12 parts divided but 4 is equal to 3- which equals 1.5 credits) but hey i'm fine with 2 :P

as for the gold price, i dont think you should be able to pay for them in gold as they were items that you had to earn by collecting the parts- but if there has to be a price it say make it rather high for this very reason.

I think putting them in the store for 12 flowers, 12 gears, and 12 spanners each is a very logical idea since that is what it would have cost to begin with :yes:
I think putting them in the store is a lot easier as well because now you are certain of which team you are getting.
It stinks that the original idea cannot continue, but I'm still very glad that we are still able to get the sets none-the-less :)

Using the credits would be fine. It's not like I'm desperate for the items or anything but I'm glad there's a solution being worked on, so thank you.

<3 I'd be absolutely fine with it. The event has been great, and 2 credits should be fairly easy to get with the extension.

I think this is a good idea, but I think that we need a further extension. The donating was broken for seven days, the event was extended for two...that gives us 36 hours to get all of our sets which we should have by rights had a week to assemble. I think most of us went ahead and used up our seeds and credits in anticipation of the event being extended since you guys usually do that for us. But two days just isn't enough for how long this has been broken.

I believe that this is a resonable fix to the problem. Its better to have this than nothing at all. Quite clever, I'd say. :]

However, at this time it may be difficult for people to earn the seeds for the credits for getting them, since gaskets are dead most of the time, so spanners are rather useless for the sprockets team.

Yeah, I have no problem with sticking them all in the event store. Its probably the best solution given the situation right now.
