Psion boots would make good scout shoes. Plus there's a lot of different colored chest bow + jewel commons now.

yeah. It's not the the boots etc, it's the body suit that I'm worried about

I think you can make a pretty good sailor scout top with just the white singlet from 54 (I think that's what I used in that picture). Though the White Corset was one I've used before too. I haven't checked the shops properly to see what else might do. xD
