I know right..My downfall was starting antoehr episode of ALPHAS 'nods' .. its an interesting show.

I already tried going to bed and laid down for an hour with a nonstop sneezing and runny nose
took benadryl
now wide awake o-o

yes..it got cancled i guess.. but that does not mean i can't watch it online haha.

Like sometimes I'll take an adderall and then be like YA IM GONNA DO STUFF!
and then an hour later i'm asleep (or yawning non-stop)

Is aderall like a caffeine tablet? I used to take pro-plus, sure thats why i have insomnia these days, i can NEVER get to sleep, takes me hours to get tired enough to sleep but i have to try and sleep when babba does or i don't get any! :(
