I don't have enough free time to take on any other roleplays at the moment so I'm setting this thread as inactive for now.

I might be interested in starting another 1x1 roleplay if anyone is around.

I'm around. Roleplaying would be fun. Any ideas?

I don't really have anything particular in mind. Is there something you're your looking for on your end?

Not really. I prefer fandom based rp because it saves a lot of time in setting up the world and I like fantasy and sci-fi. Some worlds that could be fun to play with...

Of those three, I lean towards a pre-canon Harry Potter setting. Make up our own students and have some magic school adventures. Wanna go to Hogwarts? Lol.

Sort of like a Hogwarts Legacy sort of thing? Have you played the game, it's really good!

Cool. Sorry for the delayed reply. Weekend was full of things.

Did we decide what year? First is full of new things but third means Hogsmeade adventures so those are the two that appeal to me most. Seventh could be interesting too though, with thinking about jobs for after graduation and such. Or we could start with first and switch years when we feel like it. Get sort if a progression as our characters grow up that way. I like that idea.

I think first would be best if we want our characters to have their first meeting, unless one of us is a transfer student. We don't have to follow the books/movies exactly on the timeline if we still want them to be able to go to Hogsmeade. But it could also be fun to have that as something we add in later once the "new school" excitement is over.

So yeah, I'm really down for whatever but it sounds like starting in year one offers the most flexibility.

Nice. I placed a placeholder for my character. Will get that worked up as quick as I can. Hopefully tomorrow. First is good. I think we should play the newness for a bit, let our characters meet and get to know each other, have some small magical child adventures, and if we want to skip ahead later we can decide that then.

Ahh, I saw you had some info there but with a placeholder for the picture so I wasn't sure if it was complete or if you were still working on it. I need to get on my profile then. I'll actually be traveling again next week into the week after so apologies in advance for that as I'll likely be offline that whole time.
