I'm doing okay, I guess...
I'm kinda struggling with something I should be over by now, but the way this person hurt me is still kinda raw. :/

There is no time limit for getting past hurt. I am doing alright.

Yeah. That's the hard part... it can take weeks, months, even years sometimes to get past hurt. And this person really damaged me, too... Feels like I can't trust anyone anymore. But I talked it over with my boyfriend and some friends and I can't let this one person ruin my life. They aren't worth that much power...

At least you are not letting them have control of your life.

It's been hard. :( Somedays it feels so much easier to just let the negative thoughts win and not trust anyone. But that's not fair to the genuinely good people out there and it's certainly not fair to my boyfriend, who has never once given me a reason to not trust him.

I know it's hard. But at least it seems that you have a support system and people who want to help you.
